Impeller shaft remetalling, turning and key way as per sample and threading as per direction.

Key way making on the impeller shaft including remetalling as per sample.

Making M.S. jam nut with lock washer as per sample.

Bearing housing of pump body reboring and fitting new socket (Making & supply of the new socket) as per required size.

Impeller bore to be reboring key way making as original shaft size.

Making and supply of 5/8" stud with nut as per sample.

Extracting of old stud and reboring and reheating the bore with supply of matching stud on volute case cover as per sample.

GM bush cutting, boring and drilling grease hole making (GM bush will be supplied from dept. if available.)

Dismantling fitting & fixing with packing with painting (complete pump)

C.I. star type coupling fitting & boring key way making and including supplying key switch 3/8" key bolt to be fitted on the coupling.

Making primary arrangement on the 90 deg. M.S./ C.I. bend pipe including supplies of cap as per direction including welding etc. complete.

Opening making of rethreading of seat of priming nipple.

Making, supplying fitting or priming nipple as per sample.

C.I. star type coupling facing and drilling for bolting system.

Supply flat belt of size 8" X 4" for fitting the belting system with iron coupling.

Making and supply for 1/2" X 2" nut and bolt for fitting, fixing the volute case of water pump.

Making and supply of gland packing bolt.

Loading at the lifting point and unloading at destination including carriage of water pump and back to Sub-Division
