Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2, (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' brick straight or curved on plan exc. 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering on brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:4, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm thick in each layer as in soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated material (Soil) to distance not exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.50 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in window or door cills, lintels, copings. kneelers, apex stones, posts, boundary pillars, bonders (for stone walling), brackets, etc. with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc. complete all as specfied and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast cement concrete kerb stone of size 300x150x450mm (Machine pressed factory ready made ) fixed in PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 , including necessary earth work for embedding in position, temping ground around blocks and removal of rubbish/surplus soil etc, complete all as specified and directed.
