Technical Bid

Eligibility Criteria

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The Tenderer should not quote less than the Estimated Tender Total of Rs.72,67,03,581.99 (which includes Wage cost (Incl of GST) and Service Charge at 4.543%) (Incl of GST)). The Tenderers quote should be same or above the estimated Tender Total of. Any Tenderer whose quote is less than the Estimated Tender Total, shall be considered as unresponsive and such quotes will be summarily rejected.

In the event of non-submission of the Undertaking as per Annexure-N of Qualification cum Technical Package, the Tenderer shall be considered Technically Non-Responsive and shall not be considered for further evaluation.

Tenderers have to upload scanned copy / proof of the Pay Order or Bankers Cheque / Demand Draft / BG/e-BG along with the bid and has to ensure delivery of hardcopy to BMRCL within Five (05) days of Bid Opening Date. Failure to submit the hardcopy of EMD as specifed, the Tender shall be rejected.

Technical Criteria

Past Experience

Experience of having successfully completed Security and Allied Services, during last Seven (07) years ending last day of month previous to the one in which Tender is invited should be either of the following. 1. One similar completed service with annualised value not less than the amount equal to Rs.19.38 Crore. Or 2. Two similar completed services with annualised value not less than the amount equal to Rs.12.11 Crore. Or 3.Three similar completed services with annualised value not less than the amount equal to Rs.9.69 Crore. In any Metros/ Railways/ Airports/ Large PSUs/ Nationalized Banks/ Central/ State Government/Large PSUs/Large Private Sectors/ Reputed Organizations.

Work Done Certificate

Financial Status

Should have in the last Five (05) years i.e., 2020-21 to 2024-25 achieved in at least Two (02) Financial years, a minimum Financial Turnover of Rs.48.45 Crore.

Audited CA Certificate of Annual TurnoverITR Filed Copy (Mentioning PAN)

Should have liquid assets and/or availability of credit facility of not less than Rs. 6.06 Crore.
