Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for walling of random rubble stone masonry, un-coursed, well bonded, bedded, solidly hearted and built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for walling of random rubble stone masonry but except stones un-coursed, well bonded, bedded, solidly hearted and built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Plain Cement concrete Type - D-2 (1:4:8) (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for plain cement concrete Type C-1, 1:3:6 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate), cills, steps, parapets , copings,bond stone, bed plates, hold fast and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles & throating as directed including necessary form work as required complete all as specified and directed.

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to faces of stone and dressing of faced beds and joints as specified for radom rubble walling uncoursed or brought upto courses hammer dressing with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface n exc. 40mm for lime or sand stone complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for raised pointing to random rubble or Polygon rubble uncoursed or brought upto course in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 110mm PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length as in weep holes with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors, complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Brickwork with sub class ‘B’ (old size) bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified.

All as per sel item No 10 here in above but except bricks complete all as specified and directed. Note: old serviceable bricks as obtained from demolition under item No-10 here-in-above will be used.

M & L for PCC type C1 (1:3:6) (using 20mm graded stone agg ) as in surface channel or drain or benching in manhole complete incl. necessary form work all as specified and directed.

M & L for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitered / stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 using water proofing liquid compound as per manufacturer's instructions on fair faces brick or concrete surfaces and finishing surfaces even & fair complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Water proofing liquid compound shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound.ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.
