Dismantling of 05 cusec Horizontal split casing pumping unit at site and carrying to the workshop for necessary repairs and then shifting back to site. The job involves fitting and testing of pumping equipment on full load at site.
Re-metaling of pump shaft & making of bearing seats & coupling seat, finishing the shaft using lathe machine.
Manufacturing, providing, fitting of Collar type sleeve fabricated out of GM solid shaft as per requirement. The job includes boring, turning, facing, finishing, balancing operations on lathe using skilled operator.
The job shall also include adequate greasing to the bearings.
Manufacturing, Providing & fitting of cooling ring as per requirement.
Manufacturing, providing and fitting of gland out of SS material as per sample. The job also includes providing and fitting of MS studs as per requirement.
Providing and fitting of palmative packing 12 mm2, gasket as per requirement.
