Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning Of Retrofit Emission Control Device (RECD) for 15 kVA Diesel Generator of make Cummins Category Application :- Reduce particulate matter (PM 2.5), Carbon Monoxide and Hydrocarbons emitted from Diesel Engine Technology/Type :- ESP (Electrostatic Precipitator), Wet Scrubbing, Catalytic Conversion The RECD Device should have a minimum specified Particulate Matter (PM) 2.5 capturing efficiency of 70% TEST REPORTS Certification :- Device should be ‘Type Approved’ as per the System and Procedure of Central Pollution Control Board for Emission Compliance Testing of Retro-fit Emission Control Devices (RECD) For Diesel Power Generating Set Engines, Dated 01/02/2022, wide Pollution Control Series PCLS/12/2021-22 Adhering to this, RECD to be ‘Type Tested’ for an equivalent kVA family as per the System and Procedure from any one of the four Central Pollution Control Board, Govt, of India, recognized/approved test agencies/laboratories as given below: (a) Automotive Research Association of India (ARAI, Pune) (b) International Centre for Automotive Technology (ICAT, Manesar) (c) Indian Institute of Petroleum (IIP, Dehradun) (d) Vehicle Research Development Establishment (VRDE, Ahmednagar) (e) Indian Oil Corporation, Research and Development Centre, Faridabad (Haryana)

NOTE: a) Emission Control retrofit device shall be complete, with safety precautions to ensure no damage to the DG set operations under any circumstances. The Emission Control retrofit device should be closely coupled with the DG exhaust to ensure 100% of the exhaust passes through the Emission Control retrofit device. b) Anti-Vibration mounting pads shall be provided for complete Emission Control retrofit device in case of flexible coupling with the diesel generator exhaust. c )Emission Control retrofit device should have protection against under voltage, over voltage, under frequency, over frequency, low battery voltage, over current, earth-fault, short circuit, phase sequence change etc. d) The Emission Control retrofit device and its outer covering shall be painted with corrosion resistive and Heat Resistance paint. e) The contractor shall provide the trial run (Testing) of Emission Control retrofit device. The contractor shall conduct trial run of the Emission Control retrofit device with the available electrical load at site. The trial run shall be for TWO hours. The electrical loading shall not be more than the rated capacity of the DG set. f) The rate quoted includes Exhaust piping, extra civil work, distribution board shall be provided by the contractor at no extra cost. g) Maximum back pressure exerted by the Emission Control Retrofit Device should be within the maximum prescribed limits by the OEM after the installation of the RECD. h) The rate quoted by the contractor shall also include construction of earthing station (if applicable) along with necessary connections as per site requirement. j) The contactor shall facilitate the preventive maintenance of the RECD for a period of one year after the date of installation and two preventive maintenace visits from the respective OEM.

Excavation in trenches, not exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out all excavated material in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of excavated surplus soil to a distance n. exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1, (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in copings, benching and the like etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F structural steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1161- 1998 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rolled mild steel conforming to Fe 290 (Gde E-165), in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) and including distance pieces, cleats etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm TCT (total coated thickness) of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering cladding to wall etc, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed. M&L 100 mm thick, PCC 1:2:4, type B-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base, floors, paths, plinth protection, pavings / hardstanding etc. finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and including applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.
