Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removal unserviceable materials, debris and rubbish to a distance out side MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc., and applying neat cement slurry with 3kg of cement per sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base of flooring, incld. finishing the surface even & rough to receive tiling etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for joint free non skid ceramic coloured tiles (premium quality) of size 6 to 7 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.18 Sqm but not exceeding 0.38 Sqm, as in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 4.00 here-in-above, but as in skirting over & including M&L 10 mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 complete all as directed.

Taking down cement plaster, any description on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removal of rubbish off the premises and leaving the work clear of any plastering complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 on stone masonry surfaces or surface other than fair face of brickwork or on one side of lathing finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

Racking out joints/ pointing to squared rubble or polygonal rubble un-coursed or brought up to courses masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar, coursed or un-coursed in walls not less than 12mm deep, washing the joints, removing rubbish off the premises and keeping the surface to pointed or plastered wet for two days prior to re-pointing or plastering complete all as specified & directed.

M&L keyed pointing in cement mortar (1:3) to squared rubble masonry regular coursed or un coursed complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for applying 1.50-2.00 mm thick wall care putty on wall surfaces including rubbing with sand paper to obtain a smooth surface and making good any undulations on the surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper paint on wall surfaces as per manufacturer’s instruction, complete all as specified and directed. Note -i)- Rate are deemed to be included for scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles, etc. necessary for execution of work and protective measures. ii)- Paint shall be in one or more colours/ shades all as approved by GE.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment & preparation of wall surfaces and applying 1.50-2.00 mm thick wall care putty on wall surfaces including rubbing with sand paper to obtain a smooth surface and making good any undulations on the surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper paint on wall surfaces as per manufacturer’s instruction, complete all as specified and directed. Note -i)- Rate are deemed to be included for scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles, etc. necessary for execution of work and protective measures. ii)- Paint shall be in one or more colours/ shades all as approved by GE.

M&L preparation of new plastered or un-plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over & including M&L single coat of chalk white as primer, complete all as specified & directed

M&L complete removal of existing treatment & preparation of new plastered or un-plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over & including M&L single coat of chalk white as primer, complete all as specified & directed

Taking down chowkhats or frame with shutters (without taking of shutters from the frames) area not exc 1.5 Sqm each, complete all as directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frame with shutters (without taking of shutters from the frames) area exc 1.5 Sqm but not exceeding 4 Sqm each, complete all as directed.

Demolition of brick / block or stone / boulder masonry walling built in cement mortar including all quoins arches pillars etc and removal unserviceable materials, debris, rubbish to out side MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for squared rubble walling, Jodhpur type, regular coursed well bonded ,bedded and solidly hearted built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 17.00 here-in-above, but except stone.

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stone & dressing of face beds & joints as specified of squared rubble walling Jodhpur type brought upto courses with maximum depression of face from straight edge held against the dressed surface n exc 20mm and dressing face beds and joints, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, Installation, testing & commissioning of room Split type air conditioner electric driven (single phase), cooling capacity 1.50 Ton BEE 5 star rated incl all necessary accessories like copper tubes with insulation puffs, drainage pipe of required length as per site requirement, Stand for mounting the Outdoor unit on wall/roof , gas charging if required, etc., complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fix Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 90 V to 300 V with output voltage stabilized at 230 V with accuracy of ± 2.5% and of capacity 5 KVA, , complete all as specified and directed .

M & L for sub main wiring (concealed) complete with two single core 4 Sqmm FR LSH PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable drawn through in and including 20 mm dia rigid non-metallic PVC conduit heavy grade and conduit accessories including 4 Sqmm FR LSH PVC insulated unsheated stranded copper earth cable connected to common earth dolly complete and including cutting chasing in walls for concealed wiring using machine cutting and making good the disturbed surface all as specified and directed. Note: 3 runs of 4 sqmm & one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as single unit.

Supply & Fixing MCB SP 25 Amps, breaking capacity 10 KA 'C' curve confirming to IS/IEC 60898-1 2002,integrated label holder, sliding bottom clamp , IP 20 protected terminal, sliding shutters, 240 volts, 50 HZ including making necessary incoming and outgoing electrical connection with suitable size of copper lugs etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Prewired distribution board in sheet metal Prewired when MCB to be used with 200 Amps rated copper bus bar Confirming to relevant IS SPN 4 way, complete all as specified and as directed. Note -Rate are deemed to be included for flashing in wall concealed complete, making good and matching existing surface.

S&F single pole & neutral sheet metal enclosure with one MCB SP 20 Amps complete all as specified and as directed.
