Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 53mm to 22.5mm (fifty three millimetre to twenty two point five millimetre) nominal size to water bound macadam specifications including laying in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening and binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading-III as per technical specifications clause 405 by manual means including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Repair to pot holes by removing of loose material, trimming of sides, cleaning of surface than providing tack coat,at the rate of 0.300 kg (zero point three zero zero Killogramme) per square metre of road surface with bitumen VG-10 followed by 20 mm (twenty millimetre) thick compacted premix carpet using 1.46 kg (one point four six Killogramme) of bitumen VG-10 and 0.027(zero point zero two seven) cubic metre of crushed stone aggregate of proper grading per square metre ground surface mixed and leated to proper tempreture in mixed 6-10 tone capacity of roller to desired density with 8 to 10 tone weight static road roller followed by seal coat IRC type-B using 0.68 Kg (zero point six eight Killogramme) of bitumen VG-10 and 0.086 (zero point zero eight six)cubic metre of sand per square metre of road surface duly mixed and leated in mix all to the required tempreture properly rolled after laying with 8-10 tone weight static road roller to the required density as per technical specition clause 1904.02 and the direction of the Engineer-in -charge.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm (Zero pointl seven zero to one kilogramme) per square metre) using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502 including haulage of materials with in all leads, lifts and carriage of materials and as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) of approved manufacturer using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm (Zero point two five to zero point three zero kilogramme per square metre ) on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503 including haulage of materials with in all leads, lifts and carriage of materials and as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing laying and rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20mm (twenty millimetre )thickness composed of 13.2mm to 5.6mm (thirteen point two millimetre to five point six milimetres) crushed stone aggregates using penetration grade bitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a mini hot mix plant (mixal) 6-10 capacity laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 KN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of type -B using 1.46 Kg (one point four six Killogramme )of bitumen per square metre as per technical specification clause 508 by manual means with Bitumen VG-10 (ten) grade including hauling/ carriage of material through all modes of transportation within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bitumenous surface laid to the specified levels grade and cross fall IRC type 'B' 0.86 kg (zero point eight six kilogramme) bitumen per square metre as per technical specification clause 510 by manual means VG-30 (thirty) grade bitumen including hauling/carriage of material through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts as per the directionof Engineer-in-charge.
