M&L for non - skid joint free coloured Ceramic tiles (1st quality) not less than 7 to 8 mm thick tiles of size exc 0.18 sqm but n exc 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match tiles over & including 15mm screed bed or bedding in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 350 x 250 x 7mm / 450 x 350 x 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 10 mm thick backing coat of mortar in CM 1:4 for laying wall tiles finishes complete all as specified and directed.

Note of Item No. 22 to 27:- Old items retrieved from taking down shall become the property of the Govt and shall be deposited by contractor in MES store yard without any extra cost to the Govt.
