S&F PCC pole by steel tubular swaged pole 8.5 meter long type 410 SP-22 with & including two coats of synthetic enamel paint in alternate black and yellow strips 30 cm each upto 1.20 metre height from top of PCC coping/pedestal and applying two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of aluminium red oxide primer to remaining portion of pole and marking pole number with and including dismantling and taking down old unserviceable pre-stressed concrete pole upto 9 metre long complete all as specified and directed. Note : Excavation & earthwork, PCC in foundation & coping shall be measured and paid for separately.

S&F PCC pole by steel tubular swaged pole 09 meter long type 410 SP-31 with & including two coats of synthetic enamel paint in alternate black and yellow strips 30 cm each upto 1.20 metre height from top of PCC coping/pedestal and applying two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of aluminium red oxide primer to remaining portion of pole and marking pole number and including dismantling and taking down old unserviceable pre-stressed concrete pole 09 metre long all as specified & as directed. Note : Excavation & earthwork, PCC in foundation & coping shall be measured and paid for separately.

S&F in repairs/replacement of PCC pole by Prestressed concrete pole complete with pole arms 1.2 m , 9.0 metres long, 102mm x 172mm (+/-10%) at top and l2mm x 279mm (+/-10%) at bottom, class 10 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE- Excavation & PCC will be measured and paid separately

S&F in repair stay assembly complete with accessories as shown on electrical plate No 1 of SSR Part-I with 16 mm dia 180 cm long stay rod, 300mm x 300mm x 6mm thick stay plate, & GI stay wire of 7/8 SWG, bow of suitable length as reqd complete all as specified including taking out old unserviceable stay assembly complete all as specified and directed. Note : Loop insulator, clamp, excavation, earth & PCC work shall be measured and paid for separately.

Demolition of Cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position as in coping / pedestal of poles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in foundation of stay assembly & poles and similar works complete all as specified and directed. Note : Volume of pole/strut embedded in concrete shall be deducted for the purpose of payment.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate in mass concrete for pole all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B2 using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate in coping concrete for pole complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections conforming to Grade E-165 (Fe 290) including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilled holes for bolts in any shape or size etc, complete, all as specified. Including Dismatling & Taking down old unserviceable cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Size, section and shape of steel sections shall be as directed.

S&F aluminium conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) of any size including jointing with and including aluminium binding wire 2 mm dia and stretching complete on LT poles all as specified and as directed.Including Dismantling & Taking down old unserviceable aluminium conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) from overhead lines on LT poles of any size complete all as specified and directed. Notes :-(i) The ACSR conductors shall conforming to IS-398 (Part-II) and as specified in SSR Part-I. (ii) The unit rate quoted shall also deemed to include for supply and fixing of binding wire, aluminium tapes etc which shall not be included in the weight of conductors for payment. (iii) Weight of conductors shall be determined by measuring the horizontal distance between centers of two adjacent poles and compounding the weight of conductors of that size and length and 3% extra shall be added for sag, jointing, jumpers etc. (iv) Weight of the conductors shall be calculated from the nominal weights given in tables in the relevant IS code.

S&F in replacement LT line polyproplene composite phase separators (bolted Type) for 2 wire conforming to IS 1445 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting/trimming the tree branches 5 mtr adjacent to the LT OH lines/street light feeder on both sides and removing the the same to out side and disposing same at a distance upto 100 mtr complete all as specified and direcetd. Note: (i) Each span shall cover distance from 25 to 40 metres

Surface dressing not exceeding. 15cm deep in soft/loose soil, leveling the uneven surfaces and removing all vegetation hedges shrubs at any Sub Stns/MRS//E&M installations to give even and neat look complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting to PCC LT pole upto 8.5/9 metre long of any size with two coats of synthetic enamel paint in alternate black and yellow strips 30 cm each upto 1.2 metre height from top of PCC coping/pedestal and applying two coats of aluminium paint over cross arms, brackets, bracings, clamps, hooks etc and marking pole numbers including preparation of old surfaces for painting complete all as specifiedand directed.

M&L for painting to steel tubular LT pole upto 9 metre long of any size with two coats of synthetic enamel paint in alternate black and yellow strips 30 cm each upto 1.2 metre height from top of PCC coping/pedestal and applying two coats of aluminium paint to remaining portion of steel pole, over cross arms, brackets, bracings, clamps, hooks etc and marking pole numbers including preparation of old surfaces for painting complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repair MCCB, 4 Pole, 250 Amps rating, rupturing capacity 35 kA, 415 Volt grade, AC, 50 Hz, with adjustable Thermal - adjustable Magnetic setting and making connections, with and including spreader terminal/ thimble of suitable size/aluminium bus bar as required complete including disconnecting and taking down old unserviceable MCCB, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair MCCB, 4 Pole, 160 Amps rating, rupturing capacity 25 kA, 415 Volt grade, AC, 50 Hz, with adjustable Thermal - adjustable Magnetic setting and making connections, with and including spreader terminal/ thimble of suitable size/aluminium bus bar as required complete including disconnecting and taking down old unserviceable MCCB, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair MCCB, 4 Pole, 100/63 Amps rating, rupturing capacity 25 kA, 415 Volt grade, AC, 50 Hz, with adjustable Thermal - adjustable Magnetic setting and making connections, with and including spreader terminal/ thimble of suitable size/aluminium bus bar as required complete including disconnecting and taking down old unserviceable MCCB, complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and taking down XLPE insulated LT electric cable with aluminium stranded conductor 1100 Volt grade cross sectional area upto 150 sqmm 3½ core from LT Pole/LT Panel and cutting the burnt portion/un-insulated portion of LT cable and making the end of LT cable suitable for re-connection including replacement of lugs/thimbles and re-connecting the LT cable on LT Pole/Lt Panel and connecting with over head conductor/Panel including taking out the suitable length of cable required for re-connection from loop with and including necessary excavation and making good to disturbed area complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement for Cable jointing kit for 1.1 KV (Earthed) grade cable straight through termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3.5/4 core XLPE armourend aluminium conductor cable of size upto 120 sqmm complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement pole mounted junction box made out of one piece moulded SMC IP65 protection having aluminium bus bars 63 Amp three phase and neutral with one No MCB SP 6 Amp for street light, cable entry from bottom, maintenance free size 300x200x100 mm fixing on pole with MS flat 25x3mm clamp including nut bolts front openable all as specified and directed

S&F in replacement cable junction boxes IP 66/67 weather proof for out door installation with knock outs cable entry junction box size should be 200 x 255 x 100 mm with terminals including complete all accessories, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling and disconnect all electric cable from existing LT panel/ APFC panel and taking down LT panel/ APFC panel for shifting to other location within 500 Meter, inside cantt area, and including grouting of panel, embedded in PCC 1:2:4 using 20 mm stone aggregate upto 30 cm above ground level complete, and re-connection all electric cable with lugs to LT panel complete all as directed by Eng-in-Charge.

S&F in repair sheet steel enclosure outdoor type, front door openable, locking arrangements, made out of 2mm thick sheet steel suitable for MCCB's 4 pole upto 200Amps, duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of redoxide complete all as directed by Eng-in-Charge.

Testing of LT UG cable by checking the insulation resistance using 5000v x 10000v fault insulation locator tester, identify any number of cable fault in a single stretch (from source to load) and pin point the fault location for length upto 300 m complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) In single stretch any Nos of fault shall be paid as each job.

S&F in replacement of Electrical insulating rubber mat of size ( 2 mtr (L) X 1 mtr (W) X 2.5 mm(Thick)) tested for HT voltage 11000 volts complete all as specified and directed by Enge-in-charge.

S&F in replacement of powder coated metal First aid Kit box, cabinet type, water proof, wall mountable type, multi compartment of minimum size 38(W)X32(H)X15(D) cm, suitable for10 persons complete with all first aid medical kit accessories as per factory act 1948 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Note: (i) Lifting & lowering of pump set upto 120mtrs deep will be deemed to be included in unit rate. (ii) Lifting & lowering of pump set to be completed out within 24hrs from intimation failing which contractor shall be liable for a penalty of Rs. 500.00 for every 24 hours beyond initial 48hours. (iv) Contractor shall assure the safety of worker/labour while cleaning the over head tank and will solely be responsible for any mishap at site.

M&L for Scraping old existing paint from pipe of dia upto 150 mm at installations including making smooth surface by filling putty and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved blue colour incl marking of inlet/outlet etc with the help of white colour or as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and distribution Calcium Hypochlorite (Stable Bleaching powder/High strength Bleaching Powder) dry free flowing and free from lumps, should not induce substances beyond acceptable limit as given in IS 10500 (2012) in treated and disinfected water packing in 20-25 / 40-45 Kg drum conforming to the spections:- (a) Available Chlorine: Minimum 65% by mass. (b) Stability: Maximum 1/15 loss of chloride on basis of available chloride. (c) Particle size (passing through 1.70mm IS sieve): Minimum 99.5% by mass (d) Water insoluble matter: Maximum 6%. (e) Calcium Hydroxide: Maxium 4%. (f) Sodium Chloride: Maximum 15%. Make- Purichlor or equivalant as approved by GE.

Water testing report of BASIC TEST / HEAVY METAL TEST /PATHOGENS TEST as per list . Collection of empty sterlised bottles from the Govt/ authorised lab Haryana/Punjab and taking out water sample from user end / pump house as per procedure. Water sample filled bottle depositing to the same lab for anaylsis test and collect the sample report and deposited to E/M sub divn complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
