M&L for point wiring with 1.5 Sq mm (nominal cross section area) single core, multi stranded PVC insulated, unsheathed copper conductor cable FR in and including rigid non metallic PVC concealed conduit 20 mm dia or higher medium grade ISI marked complete with all PVC conduit accessories / fittings and sunk pressed (1.2 mm thick) steel terminal switch boxes with 3 mm thick plastic laminated hard glossy surface sheet top cover, concealed in wall including earth wire continuous of PVC insulated, unsheathed 1.5 Sq mm copper conductor, cable (FR) connected to all fittings, sunken boxes and common earth, earth dolly. SCHEDULE 'A' PART-XIIB (EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY) S & F sheet metal enclosure made out of MS sheet not less than 1.6 mm factory fabricated front openable duly painted of size 200x250x150 mm deep having 02 Nos aluminium busbar of not less than 20x3 mm and 01 No MCB 6 Amps SP, fixed to pole for stree light fitting with FI 40x5 mm GI clamps nut bolt washer etc complete with locking arrangement all as specified and directed.

Supply and erection, testing and commissioning of 16 meter high mast lighting system with electrically operated raising and lowering motorised system complete comprising the following:

(a) Mast shaft shall be in two sections hot dip galvanised inside and outside in single dip, and having bottom dia. not less than 485 mm and tip dia not less than 200 mm suitable for bearing wind velocity as per IS 875 (Part III). There shall be only one longitudinal seam weld per section and no circumferential well it shall also include accessories for high mast including head frame. 2 point suspension system with steel wire rope 6mm dia 97/19 construction double drum winch for lifting & lowering of high mast light manually if electricity is not available during electric supply breakdown including galvanised lantern carriage arrangements suitable for 9 luminaries symmerically and its CG boxes and lighting final, the mast shall have integral type power tool with suitable capacity motor and travelling cable :at the base compartment for the it operation capable for lifting & lowering 09 Nos LED luminaires with and including following items:-

(b) Construction of suitable shallow RCC foundation with M-20 grade stone concrete including foundation bolts nuts washers anchor plate and items plates made from special steel including excavation and earth work as per manufacture instructions/ decision for erection of High Mast. (c) LED aviation obstruction light luminaire comprising of aluminium housing with poly carbonate enclosure type BGAV 302 LED-01 Nos

(d) Control panel suitable for control circuit for automatic switching on/off of the mast. The control panel shall also have necessary controls for power tool including earthing complete.

(e) LED Integral flood light luminaries with secondary optics made in pressure dia cast housing and heat sink aluminium extrusion and IP-66 protection type BARFEG 200W LED fitting in Bajaj or equivalent in Philips/ Crompton/ Havells including control gear boxes with suitaible size of wiring of luminaries with all wiring including fixes on high mast light- 11 Nos.

(f) Out door LT feeder pillar box with MCCB 63 Amps, 10 KA, 4 pole as incommer and suitable out goings, including push botton starters to operate power tool (reversable motor), phase indicator lamps (RYB), digital panel meter (VAFPP) shall be provided for the control of above lights with equal power distribution. Multi stranded and multi core copper conductor cable of suitable size for connecting LT panel to light fittings shall be provided as directed .

S&F CI boxes 30x30x15cm with CI cover for connection of PA system wires on hard standing/parade ground complete all as specified and directed.

S & F LED street light 50 W with IP protection, pressure die cast aluminium housing of model No LHEWDRP-7PNIW050 or equivalent including mounting arrangement complete all as specified and directed.
