Supplying 12.0 mtr mast manufactured out of Steel work in built up tubular ( round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses and connecting plates including nuts and bolts, etc.,using medium type MS pipe conforming to IS:1239 including cutting,welding, galvanising ,hoisting, fixing in position and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete.

Drilling holes of 20 mm dia on roofing beam/columns upto 20 cm depth and fixing 16mm anchor bars bent to required shape and length up to 75 cm with high strength polyester resin anchor grout (Fosroc Lockfix-E77) or equivalent up with manufacture's specification approved as per the direction of engineer in charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor, etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing :

1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for :

Foundations, footings, bases for columns.

Smooth finishing of the exposed surface of R.C.C. work with 6 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement : 3 fine sand).

Labour charges for erection of mast upto a height of 18M over foundation including lifting upto required levels with necessary tools and plants required and all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Supplying MS Anchorbolts, bolts and nuts for mast all complete etc at site.

Placing of mast base in line,level & plumb in required position before concreting including all labours and handling charges and as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.

Providing and fixing Stainless steel wire ropes of 8 mm dia for anchoring and tightening the mast with necessary stainless steel fastners, SS 'D' Shackle,SS turn buckle ,SS tightening clip, nut bolts etc.complete

Painting Mast with synthetic enamel paint or equivalent in two or more coats over and including base coats of etching primer or equivalent of required shade and colour as directed by engineer in charge.

Providing G.I bus bar of 25 X 5 mm connected to the tinned bottom portion of lightning conductor and to the ring earth/plate earth with 2 Nos of 10 mm dia GI nuts & bolts [with lead sheath in between] at each connection. The bus bar shall be drawn through heat shrink sleeve and shall be shrunk properly. The bus bar shall be clamped to the tower/ building walls at uniform interval of 1.5 Mt.. using proper GI clamps and ceramic insulators such that the bus bar shall be well insulated from the tower building walls all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.(All joints should be covered by Shalimar or equivalent water proof tape and made air tight)

Providing GI plate earth including excavation of pit of size 1500 x 1500 x 3000mm depth in all kinds of soil and placing 4nos of GI plates of size 600 x 600 x 6mm thick vertically at diagonally opposite ends in the excavated pit and inter connect the plates with 25 x 3mm GI strips with 2 nos of GI bolts and nuts of 10mm dia at each connection and placing galvanized iron pipe of 50mm dia and 3000mm length at the center of the GI plate grid and inter connect the pipe at minimum two sides with the connecting flat of the GI plates with tinned GI flat of size 25 x 3mm with GI bolts and nuts and till the pit upto a depth of 650mm with charcoal of 20mm nominal size and the remaining portion of pit shall be filled with loose soil free from stones and wet the entire sopil with water and cover the pit with 600 x 600 x 500 mm thick precast reinforced concrete slab having 75mm dia hole at the center to pass the GI pipe and construct a chamber of internal size not less than 280 x 280 x250mm with half brick wall including fixing C.I manhole cover of size 300 x 300mm of weight not less than 7.20kg (cover & frame) and plastering the chamber on all sides with cement mortar 1:4 of 12mm thick ( 1 cement: 4 fine sand) and including disposal of surplus excavated earth if any within a distance of 5km lead as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing spike type copper lightening arrester of 1.0mtr length with necessary fixtures at top of the tower. The spike shall be insulated from tower by Teflon material. The spike shall be connected to G.I plate earthing by GI strip which shall be paid seperately.
