Sub Head- II Operation & Maintenance of DG set & Sub station Operation & maintenance of 11 KV / 415 V,400 KVA substation comprising of transformer, HT/LT panel and 1 no 100 KVA DG set with auto start panel round the clock on all the days i/c Sundays & holidays and general maintenance of E.I & Fans in the following locations. SH-V (Comprehensive Maintenance of Streetlights Providing Comprehensive and routine maintenance of LED Streetlights using Tower Wagon with all tools, maintenance van and inspection vehicle required for maintenance purpose complete with supplying and replacement (all rating) of all electrical accessories like feeder pillar accessories like MCCB, Contactors, Relay, Bus Bar, timers, panel wiring, pole wiring cable, lugs, nuts and bolts etc and ensuring security thereof and to prevent theft of electricity from street light installation complete as reqd.

SH-VI (Comprehensive Maintenance of High Masts) Providing comprehensive Maintenance of 12mtr / 16 mtr Semi High Masts fixed type at different locations in transyamuna area i/c replacement of lamps, ballast,ignitor, wire etc as required i/c sundays & holidays as per Annexure XVI (Inventory) and terms and conditions (Annexure XV) for 176 Points (88 – fittings).

SH-VII (Desilting Work) Excavation and taking out floating materials /sludge/Rubbish/ Earth mixed malba etc. from sump under foul condition within 50m leads and all lifts including pumping out water as required under restricted working conditions, removal and refixing of RCC manhole cover/ gate of sumps, RCC slabs wherever necessary, complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes all the above operations and all required T&Ps, (Disc rope, bamboos, steel rod, mask, suitable mechanical device, oxygen, sand bags, pump set, pump operator and diesel etc.).i/c disposal of silt from sites and as per terms & conditions Annexure XVII.

Desilting and taking out of debris/silt rubbish etc. from sump , which are heavily surcharged, by Super Sucker machine(which consist of one No. chassis mounted machine having suction capacity of minimum 4000 litre/hrs. at 80 % vacuum , 2 No. chassis mounted dump tanks having capacity of 10 cum) including safe disposal of silt within municipal limits. Supply of all materials, labour, T&P ,temporary power connection with standby generator set of capacity at least 62.5 KVA, gas detector, forced air ventilators wherever required etc. and provision of safety equipment as per guide line laid in IS-11972* 1987, international standard, traffic control arrangement & proper lighting at night, barricading, display of signboard, insurance of worker and cleaning of site. Removal of all hindrances/ obstructions, unforeseen items, permission from other deptt. Cutting of bituminous road, excavation, demolishing of brick work /CC/RCC wherever required and restoring the same. All inclusive and nothing extra be payable. The Super Sucker machine shall be called as per requirement at various locations. Locations of Pump houses as per attached. Annexure XVII.
