S&F in repair Stack clamps made out of 50 mm by 5 mm flat iron and 16 mm dia round iron stays, incl nut and bolts and securing ends of stay to wall or roof for 100 mm bore CI pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Removing / cutting trees vegetation, digging out roots from concrete or brick wall, filling holes on building wall / roof / chajja etc applying and making good with epoxy mortar (Asian/Berger) and applying surface treatment to match with existing specifications complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:5:10 type E-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling & mass concrete, sub base etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipe SGSW, AC or reinforced concrete set in cement mortar of 150 mm bore, including PCC benching complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m deep in soft/loose soil for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pierholes, cable etc. and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling and watering, well ramming n.exc 25cm thick layer in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (Soils) to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for concrete in PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 ( using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested for 150 mm bore pipe complete all as specified and directed including demolition of SGSW pipe.

S&F for reinforced cement concrete drain pipes 150 mm dia NP-2, laid in trenches in foul condition, jointed with collars in cement mortar and tested, complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains 150mm dia making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 smooth finished and reforming benching as required complete al as specified and directed.

M&L for salt glazed stone ware gully traps square or round mouthed 'P' type of size 150 x 150 mm embedded in PCC with necessary brick work, plastering etc complete and connecting to pipe complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : (i) All window glasses should be cleared from paint/ white wash after the completion of periodical of bldg.
