M & L inreplacement of sub main wiring from street light to junction box with two single core PVC insulated cable with copper conductor multistranded 1100 volts grade 1.5 sqmm in and including heavy grade PVC conduit and its accessories with fixing arrangements on pole surface, wall, ceiling etc including 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated multistranded copper earth continuity conductor and connecting to main earth dolly complete all as specified and directed. Note : One run of earth continuity conductor,one run of PVC conduit and two run of copper conductor together taken as one length for measuring unit length.

S & F in replacement of service wire 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable with PVC insulated aluminium stranded conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanised steel wire or tape and overall PVC sheathed 10 sq. mm x 2 Core nominal cross section complete all as specified.

M & L for replacement of LT UG cable 16 Sqmm x 4 Core 1100 Volts grade XLPE insulated , armored, heavy duty with aluminium conductor laid in trenches or fixed to walls/ poles or passing through pipes with and including, lugs/ thimbles/ ferrules including connecting, testing complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for replacement of LT UG cable 25 Sqmm x 4 Core 1100 Volts grade XLPE insulated , armored, heavy duty with aluminium conductor laid in trenches or fixed to walls/ poles or passing through pipes with and including, lugs/ thimbles/ ferrules including connecting, testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and erection in truely vertical position steel tubular swaged poles, type 410 SP-31 (9.00 meters) with 300 mm x 300 mm x 6 mm mild steel base plate continuously welded to poles, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws all as specified including factory painted with two coats of black bituminous paint internally through out and externally for embedded portion and making 30 cms wide strips with yellow and black paint at alternatively upto 1.50 metre height and applying two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer on remaining exposed surface after erection including taking down of old unserviceable existing pole any size any type ,complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation, poles struts, laying of cables/pipes, etc., not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm as in soils complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated materials to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point as in soils complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & spread dry river sand in in trenches for cable protection all as specied and as directed

Factory made ISI marked un-reinforced precast cement concrete cable cover of PCC 1:1.5:3 type A-1, conforming to class LV, flat of size 250mmx150mmx40mm, laid dry over electric cable for protection all as specified.

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded aggregate for foundations of poles/stays complete including form work all as directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded aggregate for coping of poles and platform incl. necessary form work fair and finishing without using extra cement complete all as directed.

Supply and lay GI Pipe Ilight grade 50 mm dia for cable protection laid in trenches or fixed on pole/wall complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix PVC conduit pipe 25mm dia heavy duty secured to poleswith necessary clamps and fitting such as bolts, nuts fixed in repairs all as specied and as directed

S & fix in replacement GI pipe 40 mm bore, light grade, 1.50 metres long, bent to shape required as in street light brackets, fixed to poles/ walls with suitable size MS clamps, nuts & bolts complete, all as specified and as directed.

M&L Pole painting with two coats of black bituminous paint externally through out for embedded portion and making 30 cms wide strips with yellow and black paint at alternatively upto 1.50 metre height and applying two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer on remaining exposed surface of existing pole any size any type ,complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Cable junction box of size not more than 250x150x75 mm with 6 Amp MCB SPN and bus bar fixed along the wall/pole without removing and preparation of surfaces for painting externally. Painting the cable junction box complete externally by applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour , complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of MCB TPN, 415V , 50Hz , 63A suitable for existing timer control board complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix in replacement of MCB SPN, 220V , 50Hz , 32A suitable for existing timer control board complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix in replacement of MCB SP, 220V , 50Hz , 5-32A for street light complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix in replacement of Digital Multi function time switch with programmable fuction to ON/OFF the Time switch to Control a Street Lights including connecting up and testing complete all as specified and directed

M & L for reparing/serviceing solar street/garden light including cleaning of solar panels, checking & cleaning battery and all connection terminals ,distille water topup , solar battery charging controller , LED driver complete all as specified and directed

S & Fix in replacement of post top lantern LED 20W 220v, 50Hz , IP>65 including inbuilt high efficent electronic driver & grouting of GI tubing of dia, length as per requirement on gate pillars for fixing the lamp, wiring with 1.5 sq mm PVC insulated standed copper conductor in and including concealed conduit on gate piller and conectting the lights with the nearest street light feeders/switch control as per site requirment all as specified and directed .

S & Fix in replacement of LED Flood light fitting 70 watt 5000 k green/natural white , IP>66 ,grey powder coated die cast aluminium housing , inbuilt energy efficent surge protected electronic driver, with all connected accessories all as specified and directed .

S & Fix in replacement of LED Flood light fitting 100 watt 5000 k, IP>66 , grey powder coated die cast aluminium housing , inbuilt energy efficent surge protected electronic driver, with all connected accessories all as specified and directed .

S & Fix in replacement of High power LED Street light fitting 35 watt 5000 k, IP>66 , IK>07 grey powder coated die cast aluminium housing , inbuilt energy efficent surge protected electronic driver, with all connected accessories all as specified and directed .

S & Fix in replacement of High power LED Street light fitting 70 watt 5000 k, IP>66 , IK>07 grey powder coated die cast aluminium housing , inbuilt energy efficent surge protected electronic driver, with all connected accessories all as specified and directed .

Note :Deduction for amount of Rs 22,860.00 as listed in Schedule A Part - II ( Schedule of Credit) shall be made while awarding of contract.
