Scarifying or picking gravelled,mecadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area exceeding 400 sqm, but not exceeding 50 mm deep complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparing of unsurfaced water bound macadam surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. and applying evently a prime coat of cationic bitumen Emulsion (SS-1) confirming to IS 8887 at a rate of application of 0.7-1 Kg/Sqm with using mechanical sprayer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for premixed bituminous macadam (consolidated thickness 75 mm or less) by mecanical paver, using binder contents 4% by weight of total mix, over primed surfaces of road using paving bitumen (grade VG-30), and compacted with vibratory power roller to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and as directed.

Prepaing of old black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc on Black top surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc on Black top surfaces and applying evenly a prime coat of Cationic Bitumen Emulsion SS1 confirming to IS:8887 at a rate of application of 0.9-1.2 kg/sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying evenly a tack coat of cationic bitumen Emulsion (RS-I) confirming to IS: 8887 at a rate of application of 0.3 Kg/Sqm on bituminous surface with using mechanical sprayer after cleaning of exisitng surface as specified and directed.

Material and labour for bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete by mecanical paver, 30 mm consolidated thickness using crushed graded stone aggregate mixed with binder content @ 5.5% by weight of total mix using paving bitumen (grade VG-30), rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with vibratory power roller complete all as specified.

Material and labour for Old/New 25 mm thick asphatic mastic road consisting of an intimate homogenous mixture of mineral filler,well graded fine and course aggregate with VG-40 grade bitumen in the range of 14 to 17 percenatage of total mix as per IS :73:2006 or siutable grade confirming to IS : 702 1988 it shall be mixed and cooked at 170 C to 210 C in an approved type mechaniaclly agiated mastic cooker,laid in temp between 175 C to 210 C spread uniformily by hand using wooden trowel and floats laid over tack coat of VG 40 grade bitumen confirming to IS : 73:2006 @ 5 Kg /10Sqm over prepared base all as per para 20.A .30 of SSR part-I 2009 and IRC : 107-1992. During mixing and cooking,care shall be taken to ensure that contents in the cooker are at no time heated to a temparature excedding 210 C bitumen mastic after spreading and while still hot and in plastic condition shall be spread over with bitumen precoated fine grained hard stonechips/coarse aggregate of approved quality of 2.36mm to 13.2mm size,fine aggregate 0.075 mm to 2.36 mm size and filler shall be limestone powder content of not less than 80 percentage by weight determined in accordence with IS: 1514 and pressed into the surface when the temparature of bitumen mastic in between 80 C and 100 C such precoated aggragetes when laid should protrude 3mm to 4mm over the mastic surface of approved quality of 9.5mm to 13.20mm size @0.005m /10Sqm and rolled all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc and the like exc 10 cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermoplastic road marking paint of approvd colour conforming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufactuers instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix as in repairs cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No DA 972 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions.

Supply and fix as in repairs solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/0.3 watt one Ni-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc all as specified and directed
