Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors & wall,laid bedded & pointed in any mortar.

M&L for non skid coloured ceramic tile 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm as in floor etc set over and including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick for laying floor finishes with CM 1:6 including necessary adhesive (tile pattern and decoration may be as suggested by Enginner-in-charge.

M&L for colour Virified Ceramic tiles 9 to 10 mm thick of shade Aprroved by GE (Square/rectangular) polished area of each tile exceeding 0.18sqm but not exceeding 0.36 sqm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick for laying floor finishes with CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed..

M&L for Virified Ceramic tiles 9 to 10 mm thick of shade approve by GE (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.18sqm but not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in vertical surfaces etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including backing coat 10 mm thick in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Glazed ceramic coloured walls tiles in vertical surfaces 300x450x 6mm to 7 mm thick set over and including 10 mm thick rendering on vertical surface of wall or concrete surfaces in CM 1:3 to receive wall tiles including necessary adhesive (Tile pattern and decoration as approved by Engineer-in-charge) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 12 to 15 mm thick machine cut green marble stone in single piece in window/opening (jambs/cills) laid over cement screed and jointed with base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigments to match the shade of slab inclunding rubbing and polishing complete inclunding 10 mm thick plastering with cement mortar 1:3 including necessary adhesive complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring in landings of staircase & treads of steps etc. of 18-20mm thick in one piece and marking two line grooves as directed incl rubbing mirror polishing and set over and including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20 mm thick for laying floor finishes with CM 1:6. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Kota stone slab 12 to 15mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar etc. including rubbing and mirror polishing complete set over and including rendering cement mortar 10 mm thick for laying on wall in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frame with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frame) n.exc 1.5sqm each complete all as specified and directed.
