Taking out of 02 Nos 7.5 HP damaged submersible pump bearing machine No. 21283/SP/12 and 21283A/SP/12 from bore well by taking out of pipe from below mannually by pulling with pulley from the depth of borewell, dismantling of pipe carefully etc.

Repair of damaged water pump set of 02 Nos 7.5 HP Submersible pumps bearing machine No. 21283/SP/12 and 21283A/SP/12, by changing of all damaged bushings, changing of locking system, changing of bearing of water pump set, cleaning and servicing of water pump set, replacement of all washers, nuts and bolts of water pump set, replacement of all type of flange washers, nuts and bolts of pipes etc. complete, re-fitting, testing and commissioning on completion etc.

Repair and re-winding of coil of motor with copper wire for damaged coil winding of 7.5 HP Submersible pump bearing machine No. 21283A/SP/12 including cleaning of motor, replacement of oil seal packing, replacement of all nuts and bolts and all washers etc. of motor complete, re-fitting, testing and commissioning on completion.

Supply, laying and fixing of 6 Sq mm 3 cores submersible flat cable copper conductor which is covered with uniform flat layer of PVC compound i.e heat and moisture resistant using annealed exposed copper wires of electrolytic position, which makes it ideal to use in underground or underwater or on wet surface including connection and testing complete.6 Sqmm 3 cores flat cables required for both motors.

Supply and fixing of three phase Star Delta starter control panel 30 HP for three phase motor pump set with starter of approved make and manufacture including installation and testing on completion etc for 25 HP spare motor.

Providing and fixing gun metal non- return valve of approved quality (screwed end) 100 mm nominal bore of horizontal type with both side flanged.

Providing and fixing gun metal gate valve with C.I. wheel of approved quality (screwed end) 80 mm nominal bore.

Providing and fixing C.I. sluice valves (with cap) complete with bolts, nuts, rubber insertions etc. (the tail pieces if required will be paid separately) 100 mm diameter of Class I.

Supply and fixing of brass foot valve 80 mm dia including dismantling of old valve and taken out GI pipe from water tank and fixing of new foot valve to 80 mm dia suction pipe etc complete.

Supply and fixing of Analog Voltmeters (0-500) AC 72 mm size of approved make and manufacture for 02 Nos 7.5 HP submersible pumps set.

Supply and fixing of Analog ammeter (0-500) AC 72 mm size three phase of approved make and manufacture for 02 Nos 7.5 HP submersible pumps set.

Supplying and fixing 100A, 240/415 V, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required four poles.
