Horticultural Landscaping activities at inside & outside of Plant area and Guest House at BTPS (Biennial Contract).

Supply of unskilled workman for cutting grass and to nurture the plants in garden. (04 nos. listed worker) - Category I. Note: - (i) In case of enjoying C. L (Max. 14 days/Year/Worker), this rate will be reduced by Rs. 100. 15 per day for each labour. (ii) In case of enjoying Listed holiday (Max. 14 days/Year/Worker), this rate will be reduced by Rs. 100. 15 per day for each labour. (iii) Mandays means physical attendance & CL & Holiday if any (iv) House rent allowance; Welfare allowance are not included in rates. (v) Rates are including ESI, PF & Bonus, hire charges of tools & tackles.

Provision of overtime for emergency works against labourers category I. - including ESI @3.25%

Extra for performing duty on listed holiday against labourers Category-I. - including ESI @3.25%

House rent allowance for 04 nos. workers. This allowance @ 20% of basic shall be paid to these workers for the full month subject to performing minimum 06 days' work within a month by a particular worker. Payment will be made accordingly (Rate is per month per workman). - Category I. - including ESI @3.25%.

(ii) In case of enjoying Listed holiday (Max. 07 days/Year/ Worker), this rate will be reduced by Rs. 129. 06 per day for each labour. (iii) Mandays means physical attendance & Holiday if any & EL if any (iv) House rent allowance are not included in rates. (v) Rates are including ESI, PF & Bonus, hire charges of tools & tackles.

Annual Cost of PPE (on reimbursement basis at actual) for 04 nos. labourers - Category I. For each worker; soap (06 nos. per month), Duster (04 nos. per year), Helmet (once in two year), Safety shoe (01 pair per year), Gumboot (01 pair per year), Hand gloves (01 pair per month), Nose guard (02 nos. per month) to be supplied in consultation with Fire & Safety Dept., HR & A Dept., and Utilizer Dept., BTPS

Hiring of potted plants, flowers plant of different varieties with earthen pots well burnt with silt inside and bottom of 250 mm dia.

Supply of seedling of seasonal flowers of best quality at site as directed and planting the same including cost of seedling and all labour complete for summer season & other season for Plant & Guest House.

Supply of seedling of seasonal flowers of best quality at site as directed and planting the same including cost of seedling and all labour complete for Winter season for Plant & Guest House.

Supply of Chemical Manures including carriage at site as per direction of EIC.

Supply of oil cake (Mustard) including carriage at site as per direction of EIC.

Supply of pesticide including carriage at site as per direction of EIC. Each bottle should contain minimum 01 ltr.

Supply of Thuja Jhaw with earthen pots well burnt with silt inside and bottom of 250 mm dia.

Supply of Arcaria Cooki with earthen pots well burnt with silt inside and bottom of 250 mm dia.

Supply of Arica palm/ Chaina palm/ Rafish palm/Pisotia palm/Rose with earthen pots well burnt with silt inside and bottom of 250 mm dia.

Supply of earthen tub in good condition filled with suitable soil, manures and other materials 8 inch size.

Rendering services for operation and maintenance of Honda make Lawn mower on as and when required basis. One operation means: Either cleaning of Guest House Lawns - once or cleaning of inside Plant Lawns - once

Cost of GPA Insurance Policy Premium for 02 years against 10 Nos worker. Category-I & II.

Supplying and stacking of good earth (adequate for Horticulture work) at site including royalty (earth measured in stack will be reduced by 20% for payment).

Supplying and Planting of different plant / trees (Supplying well grown plants bushy and healthy, minimum height as specified i. e. exposed height including all leads & lift, carriage, handling, manuring, applying presticide and fertilizer etc. iii) Rangon chineese polythene pack

Supply of Herbicides like Roundup or Paraquat or any other approved brand as per direction of EIC including carriage at site. (Each Bottle should contain minimum 2 liter and maximum 5 Liter).
