Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:4:8 (One Cement isto Four coarse sand isto Eight graded stone aggregate) 40 mm (Forty milimeter) nominal size, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in charge.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for : Retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses fillets, kerbs and steps etc., including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in charge.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level : 1:1.5:3 (One cement isto One point five coarse sand isto Three graded stone aggregate) 20 mm (Twenty milimeter) nominal size, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in charge.

Providing steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including bending, binding and placing in position including cost of binding wire complete, upto floor all levels Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more., including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing 18 mm (Eighteen milimeter) thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm (Twenty milimeter) thick base cement mortar 1:4 (One cement isto four coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels. Granite of any colour and shade Area of slab over 0.50 sqm (Zero point five zero square meter) , including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in charge.

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm (Twelve milimeter) thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (One cement isto Three coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm. ( Three point three kilogram per squate meter), including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in charge.

Dry stone pitching 22.5 cm (Twenty two point five centimeter) thick including supply of stones and preparing surface complete, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in charge.
