The bidder has to submit the documents (with seal & signature of authorized person, if mentioned) which are mandatory/required as per conditions mentioned at relevant Para of NIT or tender document or GCC of latest edition. Non submission of any mandatory/required documents by the bidder shall result in summarily rejection of his/their bid.
It should be noted by tenderer that he has to strictly follow the instructions given in the provisions of Para 111A(ii) (relevant Annexure of Tender Document) & 68-T of Factories act, 1948 (relevant Annexure of Tender Document) and as mentioned in relevant applicable Para of tender document. For this, necessary documentation related to provision of training & certification etc. should be done by tenderer for the engaged labours prior to the issuance of Gate pass. Failing of which, Gate pass for the work will not issued. Also, tenderer should note that during submission of his bid, he should take inclusion of all the cost in his bid which will be incurred for successful applicability of instructions which are given in the provisions of Para 111A(ii) & 68-T of Factories act, 1948 and as mentioned in relevant applicable Para of tender document.
