Details of Work:

Supply, cleaning ,Laying ,edge preparation for fabrication, installation and commissioning of SS304 Sch-40, Forged Seamless 25 mm NB Pipe with all sorts of pipe fittings, like 90 Deg Bend, Union, Equal Tee, SS Flange, Cross, Reducing Bend and Reducing Tee Socket etc. as explained in Annexure - 1.

Supply, cleaning ,fixing, installation and commissioning of SS304 Sch-40, 25 mm NB Single piece BALL VALVE one inch. BSP female threaded end connection, as mentioned in the Annexure -1. Fitting of Valves with Teflon tape and Teflon Gasket wherever required.

Supply, cleaning ,fixing, installation and commissioning of Motorized Ball Valve, one inch. BSP female threaded end connection, as mentioned in the Annexure -1. Fitting of Valves with Teflon tape and Teflon Gasket wherever required.

Fitting with tack welding (TIG) and Root and Final TIG Welding of joints using Argon and DP Test , Soap bubble Test of all the joints. All the Filters and Dryers ( As mentioned in the Sketch, and free issue material from VECC ) have to be connected and fitted if made available during fabrication or provision for future connection have to be done within this job.

Supply , fabrication, laying and fixing of support structure (made of MS angle ( 40x40x05 mm)), Fixing the support structure using Anchor fastener, fixing of pipe on support structure using PVC moulded / GI U clamp with sutaible nut bolt and washers where ever required, as explained in Annexure - 1.
