M & L for dismantling /taking down old existing unservicable cement plaster, loose/unsound weaken cement concrete of any description and in any position from existing external/ internal surfaces of RCC/ slab beam/ columns RCC facias/ masonary wall etc average depth 25mm (approx height upto 15 mtr from natuaral ground level) with power driven penumatic chisel and incl removal of rabbish materials upto the approved municipal dumping ground outside MOD land & including cutting of all making square shoukders of the cavities roughening the smooth surfaces scrapping out/removing corrosion all loose/scale/rust etc from the visible reinforcement properly fixing with & including welded MS wire (weight not less than 1.5Kg/Sqm) and then applying single component cementious corrosion inhibiting primer fro steel reinforcement on visible reinforcement surfaces to form a continuous film not less then 1mm thick and preparing the surface to receive concrete of epoxy grount mortar and including providing necessary props bracing and runners of relieve the members from as required and as per design and pattern including preparing the surfaces to match with the existing surface complete all as specified and directed. Make of cementitious corrosion inhibiting primer : Mucis PROTEZIONE FERRO MONO of Thermax/Chemco System/Webac Chemicals as approved by Accepting Officer.

M & L for providing and filling epoxy putty into RCC crack after opening up RCC cracks in V-groove manner approximate 5mm x 5mm size using mechanical cutter properly cleaning the same to remove loose dust, dirt etc and including filling the same using Nitcote VF. Three component slovent free thixotropic Epoxy resin based putty having 100% solid contents mixed density of 1.6 g/cc compressive strength 50 N/Sqmm pot life of 40 minutes at 24C Drying time 8 Hrs recoatable time 24 Hrs and finishing in line and level with existing concrete surface etc complete all as specified and derected. Make : Thermax/Webac Chemicals /Chemco system as approved by Accepting Officer.

M & L for repair to cracks and damaged existing surfaces of RCC roof slabs facias/ sunken slabs/RCC chajja upto 15mtr height from natural ground level by structural strengthing using epocy injection grounting complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (a) Fixing of PVC nozzles in zig zag fashion not more than 50cm c/c on RCC surfaces in all directions as required after drilling holes in concrete fixing PVC nozzles with fast setting mortar and covering with renderoc plug. The size of holes shall be 20 mm dia and 75mm in depth. (b) Exoxy injection grouting with MAXGROUT E10 by using standard pressure grouting pump after mising design and harder to the extent tilt till refuse to accept further grout complete all as per manufacturer's recommendations. (c) Catting and flushing of nozzles with surface after completing grounting and sealing the nozzles with RENDEROC PLUG and preparing the surface to match with the existing surfaces. Make :- MAXGROUT E 10 of Thermax/Chemco System /Webac Chemicals as approved by Accepting Officer.

M & L for providing and applying of rust remover after cleaning to remove losse rust/scales /corrosion from reinforcement bars having specific Gravity 1.2-1.22. The material to be applied to the rusted metal using brush allow it to react for 16-24 Hrs & afterwards wire burshing the surface clean with dry cloth before application of protective coating etc complete all as specified and derected. Make :- Maxcure RR of Thermax/Chemco system/Webac Chemicals as approved by Accepting Officer.

M & L for providing and applying corrosion resistant non shrink free flow cementitious one component micro concrete with average thickness 50mm using having compressive strength (BS 4551-80-60) MPA at 28 days tensile strength (ASTM C 348)-2.0 N/MM2 @ 28 days Flexural strength (ASTM C 348)-9 EPOXY BONDING AGENT TM Bond FP Thermax having mix density of 1.45 to 1.5 kg/ltr compressive strength (BS-6319 PT 3) -25 Mpa at 7 days, having an over lay time of 3 Hrs at 30°C pouring of micro concrete into the formwork using suitable arrangement or if required using pumping device for and the bottom shutering after 7 days ensuring proper bond between the micro concrete and existing concrete substrata etc & including all tools and tackles as per accepting officer complete all as specified and directed. Make :- BS 66 Mucis Thermax/Webac Chemicals/Chemco System as approved by Accepting Officer.

M & L for providing and applying rendering 15mm thick first layer of thermax BS 5F (single component Thixotropic fibre reinfoeced polymer modified repair mortar to achieve compressive strength & apply epoxy bonding agent TM bond ED thermax haing mix density of 1.45 to 1.5 Kg/Ltr, compressive strength (BS 6319 pt 2)-40 MPA at 7 days flexural strength (BS 6319 PT 3)-25 Mpa at 7 days, bond strength (ASTM C 881) 11 N/mm2 at 7 days, having an over lay time 3 Hrs at 30°C complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for drilling holes chemical anchoring of reinforcement on existing cloumns/chajja/beams with hilti HIT - HY 70 or equivalent in Thermax minimum hole depth 100mm steel bar 12mm dia and drill bit dia 14mm @ minimum 9 No Steel bar of suitable size per SQM in stagreed manner complete all as specified and directed. Make of Chemical :- HT- V - R M 12x 150 of Hilti chemical Maxgrount of Thermax Not : this item shall be undertaken by the authorized rep of Hilti India Pvt/ Thermax.

M & L for 10mm thick polymer modified rendering in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with integral water proofing liquid admixture such as WAREP 1000/L conforming to IS : 2645- 2003 of Thermax /chemco system/webac chemicals (as approved by the GE) @ 200ml/50kg bag of cement as per manufactures's instructions over & incl a coat of acrylic emulsion bounding agentg such as TM bond AR of M/s Thermax /chemco system/webac chemicals (as approved by the GE) having specific gravity of 1.02 not less than 5% by weight of cement (or as per manufactur's instructions) for internal and external surfaces of RCC Roof / slab/beams /columns /facias /and brick surface etc. Top of the surface shall be finsihed even and smooth using extra cement & including all necessary formwork timbering planking and strutting scaffolding etc and finishing the surface to match with the existing surface complegte all as specified and directed.

M & L for TMT bars 6mm to 8mm dia, cut to length, bent to shapes required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of flat formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves & including supports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc. for fair finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing new or previously plastered surfaces of ceilings and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for applying two coats of cement base paint on brick /concrete surfgces with approved colour and shade by GE & including preparation of surfaces and 1mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (a) The work shall be executed directly by company or their authorized applicator application shall be authorized in writing by company and gurantee/responsility of work executed shall be owned by company (b) Adoptin of necessary safety arrangement like safety belts, helmets, netting etc., which are required for safety of working at height exceeding 3 mtr height shall be mandatory and deemed to be inclusive on quoted rates.

Note for Srl item Nos. 01 to 12 (here-in-before) :- The materials, labours, tools and plants, saffolding for working upto 15 mtr height, ladders, transport etc as required for the repair work shall be arranged by the contractor without any extra cost to the department & the cost of these items shall deemed to be included in the quoted unit rate.

M & L for preparing old plastered walls surfaces and applying one coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling, Kota stone & including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as directed.

M & L for non skid ceramic tiles (coloured) 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 Sqm but not exceeding 0.11 Sqm as in floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over and including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar, 15 mm thick, in cement mortar 1:6, for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 300x200x7 mm thick glazed ceramic coloured tiles as on vertical surfaces such as skirting or dado set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles and including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on stone/PCC block masonry surfaces or on other than fair faces of brick masonry surfaces of walls to recive wall tiles, finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 20-25mm thick machine cut Kota stone slab flooring laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror polishing over and including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar, 15 mm thick, in cement mortar 1:6, for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames not exceeding 1.5 Sqm each with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frame) with fittings/fixtures and hardware's and removing from site complete all as specified directed.

Taking down door shutters of any description exc. 1 Sqm but n exc 2 Sqm each and including hardware fittings/fixture complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 35mm thick factory made IInd Class Hard wood (Hollock/Bonsum) plain framed, panelled door shutters two panel with lock rail and panel of 9mm B.W.P. marine grade commercial plywood bonded with high quality liquid phenol formaldehyde synthetic resin adhesive conforming to IS-710 or 12mm thick particle board veneered with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rails & style as specified in SSR Part-I (2009) section 8 and as per IS-1003(Part-I) kiln seasoned as per IS-1141 and chemically pressure treated as per IS-401 complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 35mm thick factory made glazed and skeleton door shutters open rebated of second class hard wood rail and styles (Hollock/Bonsum), prepared to receive glass/gauge etc without sash bars, edges of framing plain chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass/gauge etc. The size of rails & style as specified in SSR Part-I (2009) section 8 and as per IS-1003(Part-I) kiln seasoned as per IS-1141 and chemically pressure treated as per IS-401 complete all as specified and directed. Note :- S & F Glass/gauge shall be measured and paid for separately.

S & F stainless steel wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with tinned tacks or stainless steel wire staples complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for Solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube, suppling & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing as applicable to item 08095 given in SSR Part – II (2010).

S & F for Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails mild steel frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, suppy and fixing in the frame at site complete all as per specifications and drawings as applicable to item 08080 given in SSR Part–II.

S & F for anodised aluminium door shutters, aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/ m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, aluminium anodised 150mm size handles 2 Nos in each door, aluminium 150mm size tower bolt 02 Nos in each door, 100mm size hinges 03 Nos in each shutter, anodised aluminum snap beading screws etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Supply only Glass shall be measured and paid for sepparately. Fixing of Glass and other filling material in panel deemed to be included in quoted rate of these items.

Supply only 5.5mm thick tinted sheet glass and glazing with aluminium bedding (beading included with shutter) & rubber gasket fixed in aluminium doors, windows & ventilators etc, of any size as per site requirement complete all specified and as directed.

S & F 150mm long aluminium anodized barrel tower bolt of extruded section, ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 200mm long aluminium anodized barrel tower bolt of extruded section, ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 150mm size extruded aluminium alloy handles, fabricated type, anodised, ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 100 mm size butt hinges, medium weight, colled rolled mild steel & ISI marked, fixed to angle iron chowkhats complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 250 mm long aluminium alloy, anodised sliding door bolts (ISI marked) with bolt not less than 16mm dia with hasp, staple (bolt type) and fixing clips of sheet, cast or extruded sections and fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded sections of cast aluminium alloy and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new or previously untreated wooden or wood based surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint of 1st grade quality over and including one coat of pink primer complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in renewal for Hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden handrail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts, posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) & MS frame work for fixing PUF panel including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work complete conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of 1st grade quality over and including one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

S & F PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls for 110 mm bore of pipe, ISI marked and including taking down old unserviceable pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in renewal of vitreous China squatting pan (Orissa pattern) water closet (white) of size 580 mm x 440 mm, long pan, with integral foot rests, 'P' or 'S' trap, including connection to trap, flushing pipe and antisyphonage pipe etc and including provision of PCC (1:5:10) type E-2 lean concrete in filling, making good to floor (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe etc) complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in renewal for bib taps 15mm bore, cast copper alloy, with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe, ISI marked, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness below or above ground level and removal all rubbish material to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for 50mm thick PCC 1:3:6, type C-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection laid in slope in 1:30 in alternative bays not exceeding 2 mtr in length. Exposed surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement including raking out joints between panel to panel and panel to wall and plugging the same with bitumen mastic using bitumen and sand mixture in 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in renewal of dash through bolts of dia 6 to 8 mm and length not less than 80 mm & including drilling holes using electric drill machine in concrete / masonry work complete all as directed.

S & F in renewal of 40 mm thick PPGS (Pre-painted galvanised steel) PUF ecofriendly panel board comprising of 0.5 mm thick pre-painted MS Sheet face panels sandwitched with PUF (Polyurathane Foam) injected to achieve foam density not less than @ 40 Kg/Cum complete all as directed. Note :- No deduction shall be made for openings made for accommodating windows/ ventilators.

S & F special insulated triple layer heat sinked glass (certiacte of removal of nickel sulphide to be endorsed for manufacturer's) consisting of combination of 8mm clear toughened and laminated glass made of 8mm thick tinted toughened glass and 8mm thick clear toughened glass with 12mm thick air gap for insulation, fixed with silicon sealant all around in shape of frame and including dismantling/hacking out of old damaged glass and removal of unserviceable glass, complete all as specified and directed. (iii) These glasses are required to be replaced for ATC Tower which is on more than 12 Mtr height and working spaces in narrow widths . The assessment for fixing arrangement shall required special T & P Ladders etc., the quoted rates shall be inclusive of the all these arrangements/ aspects. (iv) The contractor shall quote his rate in per square metre of triple layer glass as specified in description of item.
