Annual Operation and Maintenance of Electrical & Mechanical Installations of Terminal Building, Air Side and City Side Area of Terminal building, Power House, Car parking area, Pump Rooms, GLF Installations, Operational area, AAI Residential Colony, attending complaints / faults / breakdowns ensuring serviceability, satisfactory working condition of the system by carrying out preventive maintenance, maintaining records / documents as per requirement etc. on all days including Sundays and Holidays on 3 (Three) shift basis by deploying manpower (Highly Skilled-3; Skilled-5; Semi-skilled-3; Un-Skilled-6). The above mentioned minimum stregth of labour is exclusive of reliever. Reliever as per site requirement shall be considered in addition to the minimum strength while quoting rate for this item as specified in Special Condition of Contract etc. as required.

Inspection, Servicing and Testing of Crompton Greaves Make 11 KV VCB through OEM or authorized service provider of OEM and submission of reports etc. complete all as required.

Inspection, Servicing and Testing of Voltamp Make 500KVA, Transformer through OEM or authorized service provider of OEM submission of reports etc. complete all as required.

Filtration and Dehydration of Transformer oil of 500 KVA, 11KV/433V Distribution Transformers i/c testing the BDV and acidity before and after filtration and submission of test reports etc. complete all as required.

Supplying and Toping up the transformer oil in 500 KVA, 11KV/433V Distribution Transformers etc. complete all as required.

Inspection, Servicing, Setting, Calibration and Testing of L & T make relays (Set of 2 over current plus 1 earth fault) through OEM or authorised service provider of OEM i/c carrying out the following and submitting test reports. a) General inspection b) Wiring check c) IR value test d) Continuity of plug shifting taps and plug bridge shorting contacts e) Secondary injection test including pick up current of IDMT element etc.

Inspection, Servicing and Testing of 1250 Amp/1000 Amp/800 Amps L & T Make Air circuit breakers through OEM or authorized service provider of OEM i/c carrying out the following test and submission of the test reports. a) General Inspection b) Wiring checking including control and indications c) IR test between poles, between pole to earth between male and female contacts d) Continuity of power contacts. e) Continuity of auxiliary contacts f) Resistance measurement of tripping coil g) Closing, tripping and inter- locking testing h) Tripping through relay operation i) Secondary injection test of In-built thermal and magnetic release and calibration of the same

Rewinding and Servicing of Ceiling Fan / Wall Fan / Exhaust Fan with copper wire of required size, replacement of defective bearing and bush i/c to and fro transportation etc. complete as required. (Dismantle Material belongs to contractor)

Rewinding and Servicing of the following capacity Submersible Motor pump sets with suitable gauge copper wire i/c varnishing, baking, replacement of faulty bush & bearing etc. as required i/c transportation from site to contractor's workshop & back to site. (Dismantle Material belongs to contractor).

Rewinding and Servicing of the 1 HP Motor pump sets with suitable gauge copper wire i/c varnishing, baking replacement of faulty bearing and bushing etc. as required i/c transportation from site to contractor's workshop & back to site. (Dismantle Material belongs to contractor)

Painting of Street Light Pole of following height by applying 2 coats of Aluminium paint of approved make including pole boxes, brackets, cleaning of surface etc. as required i/c rewriting the Pole identification Serial Number etc. complete all as required.

Painting of HIRL / MIRL / SAPL Fitting i/c base plate in installation position with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of yellow colour of approved make to given an even shade i/c cleaning the surface with detergent, removing old paints etc. complete all as required.

Painting of sheet metal enclosures of electrical equipments such as feeder pillars, distribution boards, electrical panel, frame etc. including cleaning the surface and two coats of grey or any other colour of approved make including rewritting/Marking the identification, Protecting and covering the electrical accessories during painting and removing after work is over etc. complete all as required.

Decoration of Terminal building and associated area on the following special occasions / nationally important days / festivals by providing LED serial lighting and RGB type colour changing LED light, creating special effects as per the nature of occasion up to the satisfaction of EIC including providing and fixing of all the accessories, tools & plants, arranging manpower, transportation of materials complete as per the requirements shown below - (i) Minimum no. of LED serial lighting - not less than 5000 LED lights. (ii) RGB pattern colour changing LED lighting for pillars of terminal building and for creating special effect as per requirement (iii) Pixel Chaser light batten (With minimum 12 colour combinations) running linearly on the top of the building for a length of not more than 200 m.

a) On the occasion of Independence day / Republic day Starting from 18.00 hrs on day before the occasion to 06.00 hrs on the day after the occasion.

b) On the occasion of Festival / Special Day Starting from the 18.00 hrs of 1st day and upto 06.00 hrs of the last day i.e. minimum 04 Nights.

Tracing / Finding of cable fault of all type of 1.1 KV grade LT power cable of different sizes i.e. 3.5 x 25 Sq.mm to 3.5 x 300 Sq.mm Al cable by standard high precision cable fault locator machine. The job also includes excavation of all type of soil to dig out the Cable for rectification of fault at the location of fault etc. complete all as required.

Calibration of PAPI Clinometer and submission of calibration certificate etc. complete all as required.

Testing, Servicing, Adjustment and calibration of different types measuring instruments such as 1000A AC Auto ranging Digital Clamp meter / 400A AC Auto ranging Digital Clamp meter / Auto ranging Digital Multimeter / Analog Insulation Tester with Battery Adaptor / Digital varnier callipers / Digital Thermometer / Digital Lux Meter and Submission of calibration certificate for each instrument etc. complete as required.

Supply of 12 V, 180 Ah lead acid battery for DG set with minimum 2 years guarantee.

Execution of Complete items of CPWD Delhi Schedule of Rates (E & M) 2018. [Up to a Ceiling limit of Rs. 1,00,000 without GST]. The materials used for executing the DSR items shall be as per the approved make list of AAI, as enclosed with the tender document.
