Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (20 mm graded aggregate) as in copping, surface channel, benching of manhole / drain etc slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed incl finish the surfaces smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75mm thick Cement concrete type D - 2, (1:4:8) (40mm graded aggregate) as in sub base etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Cement Concrete (1:3:6) (20mm graded aggregate), 75mm thick as in Plinth Protection/ Foot Path/hardstanding etc, finishing Concrete Surfaces Even and Smooth without using Extra Cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Cement concrete tiles 25cm x 25cm x 20-25mm thick, machine pressed with gray cement and pigment set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors, cut and polished over and including 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pavement ceramic tile (min size 300 x 300 mm) and 8 to 10 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match laid over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast machine pressed cement concrete interlocking paver blocks of any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thick M-35 grade, glossy type with grey cement and pigment laid dry over and including a layer of 25 mm thick sand cushioning complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness laid bedded and pointed in moratr in floors, aprons etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over and incl 15mm thick cement screed base in CM (1:6) laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab with 100mm wide marble border if required including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 09 above but for skirting with 10mm thick backing coat in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for granite 18-20 mm thick (table rubbed and polished) as in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like set in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite incl moulding / edge polishing of front side if required or ordered at site complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work in built in cement mortar for cracked wall of compound wall and similar work complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 meter mean radius with old size bricks built in CM (1:6), complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for Brickwork with sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) of brick work/concrete surfaces finished even and smooth (With out using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed

M&L PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in floor etc 40 mm thick finished even and smooth without using extra cement laid in alternate bays, with spike rolling to surfaces or making impression of expended metal whilst the concrete is green complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glass dividing strips, 3mm thick and 38mm width, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid joint free coloured ceramic tiles 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.11 sqm but not exc 0.18 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and incl 15 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) including Dismantling floor , hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion in natural ground and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, of any type and size complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in Post Holes (or similar holes) in Soft/Loose Soil, each not exc. 0.50 Cubic Metre, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exc. 25 Cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50.00 Metre and making good surface, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement Concrete (1:2:4) (40mm graded aggregate) in Foundations, Filling and Mass Concrete, etc. including Formwork as required/ordered at Site(s), complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for MS work for fencing post and struts made from angle iron and flat iron including cutting tops to shape, drilling holes and notching for fixing of wires etc, flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc and similar work confirming to Fe -290 Gde E-165, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for MS work as in iron plats (150x150x6mm) including cuttings to shape, welding as directed and fixing with scres, bolts etc conforming to Fe-290. Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Mild Steel Round Bars 10mm dia and Over as Tie Bars, cut to length, bent to shape as required including cranking, bending, hook-ing Ends as required for Chain Link Fencing strengthing and fixing with Mild Steel Bolts, Nuts, etc. in Fencing Post, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Mild Steel Screw Bolts (machine made) 11mm to 15mm diameter of Neck and length of Bolt exc. 50 mm and not exc. 75 mm with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both Ends, each screwed End to be fitted with Washers and one hexagonal or square Nut, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Chain Link Fencing Mild Steel Galvanised Wire any size as approved, lapped, straining and binding with including Mild Steel Binding Wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Cost of Mild Steel Binding Wire deemed to be included in the Quoted Unit Rate.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standars, rails, straining bolts, etc, including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparing new steel surfcaes over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over acoat of red oxide Primer, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Rolled sections as in main beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates conforming to I. S.1161- 1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning of blocked/ chocked pipe line of 100 mm dia from floor or gully trap or from cleaning eyes, up to Ist manhole in any depth by rodding or by mechanical means and well flushing the complete line up to Ist man hole including removing of sludge/ waste to low lying areas within 200 m distance and burring the same properly to the entire satisfaction of Engineer- in- Charge, with and including taking out and re-fixing of manhole covers duly set in cement mortar 1:4 as and where required complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 33.00 above but 150mm dia of pipe complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 33.00 above but 200mm dia of pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for attending daily compliants to cleaning of blocked WC, Gully trap, Floor trap and Nahani trap incl cleaning branch piece from trap to connecting bend or junction ccomplete all as specified and directed.

Taking off existing cover of septic tank, cesspool, soak well, soak pit or manhole and Cleaning of septic tank including connecting chamber by pumping out sludge water incl taking out mud sludges from tank to remove a distance exc 50 mtr and not exc 100 mtr, placed in the trenches not less than 01 miter deep from ground level and incl refilling the trenches with excavated earth to cover sledges placed, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Excavation of trenches and disposal of surplus soil as deemed to be included in the quoted rates however qty of sludge and slued water in septic tank will be measured and paid.

Taking off existing covers of soak well/ septic tank/ manhole and cleaning by approved mechanical suction pump with Tractor (Tanker capacity not less than 5000 Ltrs and laying/ throwing at designated locations as per arrangements made by the contractor and placing back in position the removed covers and set in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed. Note:-Applicable to items Srl 33 to 38. The contractor's attention is invited towards the following elements during execution of work. (i) The complaint like floor trap, gully trap,WC block, sewage line block, manhole block i.e. complaints of urgent nature shall be rectified within 24 Hrs(One day) from the issue of the complaint. (ii) Septic tank clean, soakwell clean shall be rectified with in 02 day from the issue of complaint. (iii) A complaint register with complaint and its type, date of issue and date of rectification will be maintained by contractor which will be checked by Engr-in-Charge min. once a week. (iv) Minimum two labour shall report daily at complaint cell of AGE B/R III Roorkee Stn. The rates quoted in item 01 to 04 shall include all above and also daily wages cum salary for these labours. If such labour fail to report to AGE B/R III complaint cell to attend to complaints, min. daily wage would be recovered on per day basis from the CA amount.

Dismantling Bricks (laid Flat in Floor or laid on Side Walls of Brick Drains, Channels), etc., Bricks laid, bedded and pointed in any Cement Mortar, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Brick work with sub-class ‘B’ bricks in brick-on-edge walls (less than ½ brick thick), built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Brick Work with old size Sub-Class ‘B’ Bricks, laid on Edge as Side Walls of Brick Drains in Slope, Bedded and Jointed in Cement Mortar (1:6) and Pointed in Cement Mortar (1:3), complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster any description on brick or stone walls, RCC walls surfaces etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m depth for cesspit, manhole etc,and getting out in soft/loose soil even in foul position complete all as specified and directed.

Add to item 43.00 for each additional 1.5m or part thereof in depth beyond the first 1.5 m complete all as specified and directed

Returning, filling in incl spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as directed.

Removing excavated materials n.exc 50m & depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above from starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up of existing drain pipe (SGSW/PVC/RCC etc) set in cement mortar of internal dia of pipe 150 mm including PCC of Packing/bedding and Haunching to Sides of the Pipes complete all as specified and as directed

All as per item 47 above but for 200 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40 mm graded aggregate) as in concrete bed to 150 mm bore drain pipe incl packing under haunching against the sides of pipes after pipe laid and tested complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 49 above but 200mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 150 mm bore (internal dia of pipe) salt glazed stoneware drain pipe grade ‘A’ laid in trenches and jointed with cement mortar, laid and tested complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 51 above but 200mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair PVC (SWR) 110mm bore (dia) soil, waste and ventilating pipe, single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls with and including all necessary fittings such as bend, tee, junctions, cowl etc, including takingdown old PVC/CI/RCC Pipe etc complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 53 above but for 75mm bore (dia) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 75mm PVC (SWR) floor trap with grating including jointing with solvent cement including dismentling of old one and making the surface good complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete as in cover slabs of manhole or septic tank, soak pit, RCC slab etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC (1:2:4), type B1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) Precast cement concrete as in cover slab for man hole, or septic tank, soak pit, RCC slab etc and similar article with plain face. Set in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F deformed or twisted TMT bar 8 mm dia cut to length, bent to shape required, incl cranking bending and binding with MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Stack clamps out of 50 mm by 5 mm flat iron and 16mm dia round iron stays for 100mm bore of pipe, including bolts and nuts and securing ends of stays to wall or roof complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 59 above but for 75mm bore (dia) complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 or 3/4 section ) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate finished smooth and reforming benching as required for 100/150mm dia pipes complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair vitreous china squatting pan (Orissa pattern) long pan of size 580x440mm white glazed with integral footrest with 'P' or 'S' trap including connection to trap, and to flushing pipe, anti-syphonage pipe etc incl making good to floor fixed complete (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Vitreous China wash down water closet pan (pedestal pattern), white (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe), including connection to drain (or outgoing pipe) and to flushing pipe, antisyphonage pipe, and seat cover complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs 10 ltrs PVC (White) valve less syphonic action type, flushing cistern low level with inlet ball valve float, handle, Aluminium brackets for bottom support fixing with gitties embedded in wall with drilling machine etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs flush pipe of polyethylene of low or high density or PVC 32 mm dia, for low level cistern complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Glazed ceramic Tiles 450 x 300 x 7 mm thick coloured as in vertical surfaces such as skirting dados etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the surface over 10 mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) including dismantling of floor or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles from site and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.
