Supply and fix air termination, single/multi pointed 12mm dia, 300mm long rod, made of solid alumunium, bolted with lightning conductor complete and taking out old all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for making test point for lightning conductor by providing of four numbers procelain insulator fixed on wall through rowl plug, rectangular terminal block made of phosphorus bronze or gun metal of size 75mm x 75mm x 25mm, drilled and screwed including 3 Nos. 8mm dia 25mm long hexagonal head screw, connecting the earth strip and down lightning conductor with the help of nuts, bolts & washers over the phosphorus bronze block complete and remove the old one all as specified and directed

Supply and fix aluminium strip 25mm x 3.15mm with saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors and down conductors above ground complete and taking out old one all as specified and directed

Supply & fixing galvanised iron strip 32mm x 6mm buried in ground including connecting materials complete and taking out old one all as specified and directed

Material and Labour for Earthing complete in replacement with copper earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 3.15mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth of not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level, connected to glavanised earth lead of copper strip of size 20mm x 3mm by means of GI Bolts, Nuts, check nuts and washers of the earth and thimbles and other end of the earth strip connected to earthing test point and protected by galvanised iron pipe light grade 40mm dia from earth plate to Panel and DG set and water pipe 20mm dia GI medium grade raised upto a level of 50cm above ground level with plug at top, earthing pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 RCC pre-cast (1:2:4 type B-1) cover slab of 50 mm thick using 8.00mm dia CTD bars reinforcement both ways at 140 mm centre to centre with two handles, 20 mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering pipe, wire mesh, funnel and providing charcoal or coke and salt in alternative layers of 15 cm including necessary earth work in soft/loose soil, returning, refilling and removing of surplus soil to a distance not of MES Schedule Part-I of SSR-2009 exceeding 50 mtr testing complete all as shown in electrical plate No-3 complete all as specified and directed.
