Part-B (Civil work, Erection & Commissioning)
Earth work in surface excavation including disposal of excavated earth upto a suitable distance, proper annd neat leveling and dressing of excavated place as per the direction of engineer incharge (All kinds of soils).
Laying of compact plug (300 mm thick) of coarse sand gravel of size 20 to 80 mm below foundation as per the direction of engineer incharge.
Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached plasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. upto floor five level including cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, 1:1.5:3 (1 Cement : 1.5 Coarse : 3 Graded Stone Aggregate 20 mm nominal size) as per direction of engineer in charge.
Cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse Sand : 8 Graded Stone Aggregate 40 mm nominal size) in pavements, laid to requird slop and camber in panels as required including consolidation, finishing and tipping complete as per direction of engineer incharge.
Brick work with machingj perforated bricks of class designation 125 conforming to IS 2222 1991 in superstructure above plinth level upto floor five level in cement mortar 1:6 (1 Cement : 6 Coarse sand) with F.P.S. bricks as per direction of engineer in charge.
Cement plaster of 12 mm cement plaster of mix 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Fine sand) as per the direction of engineer in charge.
M.S. work in heavy section in trenches including cutting, moulding, bending and welding complete in all respect as per the direction of engineer incharge.
Structural steel work in single section fixed with or without connecting plate including cutting, hoisting, fixing in positional comlete in all respect as per the direction of engineer incharge.
Leveling, dressing and anitweed treatment of land, removing vegetation and inequalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead uto 50 m and lift upto 1 as per direction of engineer incharge.
Turfing of switchyard with CC 1:3:6 with 100 mm thick layer complete in all respect as per direction of engineer incharge.
Supply and spreading of 25 mm gauge stone gravel of 10 cm thick layer complete in all respect as per direction of engineer incharge.
Erection, mounting and fixing of following main and auxiliary structures including proper alignment, fixing of anchor bolts and hardware and necessary fabrication, if required complete in all respect as per direction of engineer incharge.

Erection, mounting and fixing of following indoor and outdoor equipments as per standard/approved technical specification including proper alingment, leveling, grouting including cost of foundation bolts, consumables etc. and shifting from store/unloading places of the same if required as per site conditions complete in all respect as per direction of engineer incharge.

Proper laying, ferruling and connection and dressing of control cables and power cables of following sizes between equipments in outdoor switchyard and indoor control room, in cable trench including proper dressing, clamping at suitable intervals, tagging and gland work including supply of gland, tag and lugs etc. for the entire route as per cable termination schedule as per direction of engineer incharge.

Making jumpering arrangements with ACSR Moose conductor by cutting of conductor to required size for jumpering between main/transfer bus bar and equipments including bending, shaping, fixing of required clamps/connectors, IPS tube etc. with proper alingment and tightening as per line diagram as per direction of engineer incharge.
Laying of 40mm M.S. rod as per standard documents including digging, cutting, benching, marking, making standard joints with welding complete in all respect as per direction of engineer incharge.
Laying of 75x12 mm GI earthing flat strip as per standard documents including digging, cutting, benching, marking, making standard joints with welding complete in all respect as per directioin of engineer incharge.
Laying of 50x6 mmm GI earthing flat strip as per standard documents including digging, cutting, benching, marking, making standard joints with welding complete in all respect as per direction of engineer incharge.
Erection of LED light set in 33KV column peaks in such a way that maximum lux level can be achieved in swtichyard including proper fixing, tightening of clamps and laying of 2x2.5 Sqmm cable in cable trenches etc. as per direction of engineer incharge.
