| 1Dismantling of different HP Submersible motors, rewinding the same with PVC insulated copper winding wire (1 mm to 2 mm nom. dia.) as per IS: 8783-1995, part-4, sec.-1(Finolex/Incab make including supplying fitting and fixing fire proof fiber chips on slots changing thrust plate, ball retainer and ball including supplying, fitting and fixing rings circlips for thrust plate, water seal ring diaphagram, bush bearing etc. with labour charges, repairing of damaged motor shaft to its original alignment and supplying, fitting and fixing the winding protector on both sides (Top & Botom) bush bearing for motor in place of damaged one for top bottom, drain plug made from brass metal, stud bolt with nuts for top and bottom thurst bearing retainer, S.S sleeve of rotor shaft, fero asbestos lining on the thrust plate, self aligning thurst plate of motor shaft including supplying of key etc., pivot segment steel balls on the thurst bearing housing, self aligning thurst plate of motor shaft including supplying of key etc., pivot segment(Set of 6 made from phosphorus bronzeas, painting two coats to both inner & outer portion with best quality synthetic enamel paint (to be approved before use) including smoothening surface by sand paper for removing of old painting and re-assembling the submersible motor after completion of rewinding and repairing and allied work with the repaired spare parts or new spares where necessary (to be supplied departmentally on requisition) including checking all accessories and supplying necessary screws nuts and fitting fixing the whole thing properly. | |||||

| 2Dismantling Submersible pump/bowl assembly segregating all spares fitted with the pump including washing & cleaning the same throughly for verification of serviceable and unserviceable spares, repairing of stage bowl & other spares where necessary by welding turning & rethreading including supplying & fitting fixing new studs & nuts washer impeller key coupling key with lock nut complete, repairing impeller and supplying, fitting and fixing stainless steel shaft, GM sleeve for pump bowl, the body(bowl) bush, stainless steel pump coupling, stainless steel sleeve with 2 Nos. S.S. nuts, ceramic filter with circlip & rubber guarder, impeller seal ring made of phosphorus bronze, sand guard made of gun metal and labour charges for re-assembling the submersible pump after completion of repairing spare etc. & allied work with the repaired spare parts or new spares and charges for conduction continuty test insulation test by megger & no load test at the nearest D.T.W. centre. Painting two coats to both inner & outer portion of submersible pump with proper cleaning. | |||||
