Demolition of Brick / Stone Masonry built in Cement Mortar including all quoins arches pillars etc and removing rubbish to a distance exceeding 1.5 KM but not exceeding 5 KM complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 50 mm thick PCC 1:2:4, Type B-1 using 20mm graded aggregate as in flooring, surface finished fair and even complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Pavement quality controlled concrete of flexural strength not less than 40 Kg/Sqcm in field using not less than 400 Kg cement / Cum as in pavements / slabs / floors etc. laid in single layer to required thickness including necessary formwork, compacting, finished even and smooth and brooming complete all as specified and as directed.

M &L for 400 micron thick polythene film (vergin quality) as per IS 2508 of weight 390Gm/sqm antifriction layer on the base course complete as per specification with specified overlap between adjacent strip and transverse joint etc complete all as per specified and directed.

M&L for carrying out following repairs to existing PCC floor all as specified and as directed (a) Racking out existing sealant from joints to a depth of at least 30 mm, cleaning the grooves joints, edges up to a depth of at least 15 mm by scrapping/ grinding by mechanical means to expose the concrete surfaces. (b) M&L for pressure grouting , drilling holes 12 mm dia at distance not exc 500 mm upto a depth of at least 250 mm using drilling machine fixing nozles and injecting neat cement slurry admixture with Sika Intraplast N 200 @ 225 gms per bags of 50 kg cement or equivalent and Removal of Grouting nozzoles, cleaning the groove joints without any dust, oil etc complete all as per manufacture instruction. (c) Supply and inseting 12 mm thick compressed nylon expansion joint board into the groove, over that inserting 12 mm dia closed cell baker rod maintaining uniform depth & supply and application by filling the joint with PU sealant- SIKA Hyfiex or equivalent.

M & L for levelling the floor surfaces, grinding surface without any dust, oils, laurance, cement mortar etc. and application of three component epoxy mortar Sika 41 or equivalent makes as specified in list of makes, certain required places of the floor joints to get a required finish complete all as per manufacturer instructions, as specified and as directed.

M & L for providing flow applied epoxy resin based flooring of 5mm total thickness with 3mm thick high strengh self smoothing under lay with three compound system comprising of epoxy resin base, resin hardner & filler (Nito Flor EU5 of M/s. Fosroc or equivalent approved make as specified here in after and floor topping with flow applied epoxy resin 2 mm thick (Nito Flor SL2000 of M/s. Fosroc or equivalent approved make as specified here in after) over a coat of solvent based Epoxy Resin Primer designed for maximum absorption and adhesion to concrete substrates on existing floor by using stiff brushes and/or rollers for primer and serrated trowels and spiked nylon rollers for finishing coat including preparation of existing flooring by cut opening all construction joints to a width of 15mm and to required depth, cut open all Anchor Grooves along floor topping termination points and alround the columns, all cracks in the floor concrete including all other joints to a size of not less than 10mm X 10mm, preparing the surface of concrete substrate with scarification or by suitable mechanical means and cleaning the surface with industrial vaccume cleaner to remove all foreign matter, dust and debris etc. including filling the cut open grooves with same material, finishing the surface to even and plain surface using suitable means to remove all imperfections, trowel marks and entrapped air complete all as specified as directed and as per manufacturer’s instructions. S & F pre-painted Galvalume steel sheets of Trapezoidal profile having pitch 190mm, depth 29mm or Tiled Profile and thickness not less than 0.70mm [Galvalume base-PPGL trapezoidal profile sheets], having tensile strength of 550 Mpa, fixed with aluminium self tapping screws, neoprene and EPDM washers of suitable size in roof covering complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Overlap shall be provided as specified by the manufacturer.

S & F pre-painted Galvalume steel Plain Sheets and thickness not less than 0.70mm [Galvalume base-PPGL Sheets], having tensile strength of 550 Mpa, in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashing cut to length & bent to shape, girth sheets fixed with aluminium self tapping screws and neoprene and EPDM washers of suitable size in roof covering / cladding / eves trim / rake trim and closure trim / valley rain water gutter / down spouts and top rafters etc. complete all as specified.

Fixing only serviceable plain/ corrugated steel sheets obtained from dismantling with coach screws and washers of suitable size in roof covering / cladding / eves trim / rake trim and closure trim / valley rain water gutter / down spouts and top rafters etc. complete all as specified.

S & F plain Aluminium Sheet Alloy 31000 H4 in Ridges, Hips, Valley Gutter, drip and straight flashing of not less than 0.71 mm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs TP & N Enclosure with 3 Pole and Earth Metal Plug & Socket for incorporating TP MCB complete including One MCB, TP, 63 Amps, 415 Volts complete all as specified and as directed.

Labour for taking down of existing cable of sizes 300/185/120/95/70 Sqmm during repair works, disconnecting from main supply line and relaying in trenches/duct/fixed to poles/drawn through pipes/sleeving through pipe in ducts complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down Fire Alarm Control panel alongwith its accessories like manual call points, detectors/ sensors/ hooters, fire alarm etc. from its position and refixing the same after repairs to buildings, at same place or at new place including connecting up, cleaning, testing, carrying out minor repairs and replacement of accessories etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) It is the responsibility of the contractor to keep the Fire Alarm Control panel alongwith its accessories in safe custody till refixing of the same. (ii) Any damages to existing Fire Alarm Control panel alongwith its accessories done during taking down/ refixing process has to be borne by the contractor without any extra cost to the department.

M & L for Dismantling motors of 7.5 HP capacity from motorised hanger door /Rolling Shutters and rewinding with the same super enamelled copper winding wire of superior quality and same gauge of with proper insulation with lethroid paper, sleeves, varnishing with golden colour varnish , greasing the bearings, replacement of worn out nuts, bolts, washers split pins including reparing and overhauling of gear box assembly by metal filling, cutting and other machining process on lathe machine, replacement of suitable bearings, chain link sprocket with mounting shaft and refixing with proper alignment with Gear Boxes etc. testing on completion, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Unit rate quoted shall be deemed to include for cost of removal of exisiting copper cable of any size from starter panel to shutter motor and relaying the same after completion of necessary B/R and E/M repair work or as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for replacement of DOL starter 5 HP/3KW, 3 Phase suitable for rolling shutter two way revolving type (clockwise and anti clockwise) complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repair PVC insulated,FR, round sheathed Multistranded Flexible Copper Conductor Cable of size 4 Sq.mm 4 core, ISI marked, 1100 Volt Grade complete all as specified and as directed.

Earthing complete with Copper Plate Electrode 600 X 600 X 3 mm thick burried directly in ground [earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level] with top edge of Plate not less than 1.50 m below normal ground level connected to 20 X 3mm copper Strip [Earth Lead] and GI pipe 40 mm, Medium Grade for earthing lead protection to the extent of maximum 7.5m, Earth Plate Electrode surrounded by 150mm thick packed layers of Charcoal and Common Salt filled in alternate layers, connected to the Plate by means of GI Bolts & Nuts complete all as per Electrical Plate No. 3 of SSR Part – I, connected to panel / DB including testing on completion including main earthing, Charcoal, Common Salt, PCC [1:2:4, Type B1] Pit with RCC 1:2:4, Type B1 Cover, 50 mm thick with 6 Nos, 8 mm dia TMT bars in both ways, MS frame made with 40 X 40 X 6 mm Angle Iron, MS Funnel with 20 mm bore, medium grade GI Watering pipe, wire mesh, earth work excavation, return filling, removal of surplus soil etc. and disconnecting and taking down existing Earthing of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs Aluminium Strip of size 25 X 3.15 mm, fixed to walls / columns / beams etc with Saddles or porcelain blocks of 10mm thick spaced at 1.00m centre to centre including making grooves and fixing with brass screws etc. for roof conductors and down conductors above ground complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Hylam sheet block shall be in two pieces each 10mm thick, one fixed to base with brass screws and the other fixed over it with brass screws after fixing aluminium strip in the groove provided.

S & F in repairs Single Pointed Air Termination Aluminium Rod, 12 mm dia and 300 mm long including necessary fasteners fixed for Lighting Protection with necessary connections to earthing etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs Test Point Terminal Box of size 200 X 100 X 100mm made out of 2mm thick hot dip galvanised sheet, drilled and screwed including 6 Nos 15mm long hexagonal head screws complete with Test Point Terminal Block made of Gun Metal or Phosphorus Bronze of size 75 X 75 X 25 mm drilled and screwed including 3 Nos 8 mm dia 25 mm long hexagonal head screw complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs GI Perforated Cable Tray of Size 100mm wide, 50mm Deep with GI cover, made with 2mm thick Sheet, with Perforation not more than 17.5%, in convenient sections, joined with connectors including all Tees, Right Angle Bends, Suspenders, Bolts, Nuts, Washers etc. complete all as specified and as directed.
