S & F for rolled sections as in framing for cladding, glazing and the like fixed with angle cleats and connecting plates, etc of Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M and L for complete removal of existing painting by scraping or by other any means to old steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation complete all as specified and as directed.

M and L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete surfaces including raking out joints,hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick plastering in cement mortar (1:6) on other than fair face of brick/concrete surface finished the surface fair and even without using extra cement on internal wall surfaces complete all specified and as directed .

M&L for 15 mm thick plastering in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick/concrete surface in two layers (10mm + 5mm) and the top layer shall be mixed with WPC as per manufacturers instruction, finished even and fair without using extra cement on external wall surfaces (WPC will be measured and paid separately)

M&L for three coats of white wash on newly plastered surfaces of wall including preparations complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) including removel of debris/demolished materials to a distance exc 50m and n.exc 250 m complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate), 75mm thick in plinth protection/footpath laid in panels and surface to be finished even smooth without using extra cement including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed. Note : Joints 12mm wide to the full depth of PCC shall be provided at every 3 meters and at every change of direction and shall be filled with mixture of bitumen and sand 1:3 by weight. Cost of this provision shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate for concrete in plinth protection.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles and removing debries from site of work complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for brick work with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half bricks built in cement motar (1:4) using old size of bricks all as directed. Note:- 2 Nos 5/6 mm dia round bar shall be provided in every fourth course of brick wall as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and the rate shall deemed to be inclusive in the unit rate.

M & L water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab including parapet comprising of the following course of treatement / specified from bottom to top (a) Applying Bituminous primer @ 0.40 Ltr per Sqm over plastered surfaces of roof including parpet surfaces. Bituminious primer shall be 'Tar Mastic' manufactured by M/S STP LTD or 'EMW FLATE' manufactured by M/S Texsa India Ltd. (b) Over the priming coat laying one layer APP based polymeric membrance of approved manufacturer, 4 mm thick of weight not less than 4.00 Kgs/Sqm reinforced with non woven polyester fabric weight not less than 160 gms per Sqm. Polymeric members shall be taken to a height of 60cm (minimum) and then inserted inside the groove of parapet wall and shall be finished by a membrance flashing. (c) Application of two coat of bituminous aluminium paint over the polymeric membrane after necessary preparation and cleaning. Note :- (i) Laying APP based polymeric membrance shall be done by torch on method or as per manufacturers instructions. (ii) A minimum overlap of 100mm shall be made at the end and 75mm shall be made at the sides of the polymeric membrance respectively and sealed all ovelaps and joints as per Manufacturers instructions. (iii) APP based polymeric membrance shall be "SUPER THERMOLAY" manufactured by M/S STP LTD.
