Dismantling existing pipe connections and electrical connections, de-watering and lifting up the Non cloging type submersible pumps 7.5HP/5.5KW of discharge capacity 750 LPM (Make KSB) from UG sewage sump of 10.7 mtr deep carefully and transporting to workshop for repair and bringing back at site after repair and lowering the same including making the water and electric connection including commissioning and testing complete. Note :- (i) Repair of submursible pump and pump motor shall be measured & paid separately under respective item of this schedule. (ii) T&P shall be arranged by the contractor. (iii) Transportation of pump set from site to workshop and bringing back at site inclusive in quoted rate.

De-assembling of electric motor of 7.5HP/5.5KW of Non cloging submersible pump set (Make KSB), cutting and removing the existing burnt winding wire of any gauge, cleaning and making good the slots, rewinding the electric motor with PVC insulated copper wire of appropriate size/gauge, application of insulating material & varnishing including replacing of ball bearings-02 Nos, moisture seal and re-assembling the motor, commissioning & testing complete for the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge all as specified and directed.

De-assembling of Non-clogging submersible pump of discharge capacity 750 LPM, 14 Mtrs head( Make-KSB), for repair by replacing of company recommended parts of Mechanical seal - 2 Nos, CI impeller - 1 No, Lower Bearing - 1 No, O Ring - 1 No, Spiral plate - 1 No, Compay recommended Lubriucating oil - 7 Ltrs, Moisture sensor including bolts, nuts and washers, re-assembling the same and commissioning & testing complete all as specified and directed.

De-assembling of Non-clogging submersible pump of discharge capacity 720 LPM, 12 Mtrs head( Make-KSB), for repair by replacing of company recommended parts of Mechanical seal - 2 Nos, CI impeller - 1 No, Lower Bearing - 1 No, O Ring - 1 No, Spiral plate - 1 No, Compay recommended Lubriucating oil - 7 Ltrs, Moisture sensor including bolts, nuts and washers, re-assembling the same and comissioning & testing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning of underground RCC sewage sump of 16 Mtrs deep, 12 Mtrs internal dia, de-watering, taking out sludge/mud from the sump, rubbing, scraping all around vertical walls, floor, cleaning with fresh water, applying two coat of white wash of internal surfaces and outer exposed sufaces of wall and floor, including thrown away the sludge/mud out side of the MD land, complete all as specified and as directed. Note- All T&P and safety measure kit for deployed workers shall be arranged by the contractor.

M&L for dismantling, taking out existing fuel pump assembly from 6 cylinders, water cooled Engine, Model No. 6 CTAA 8.3 GI-I of Make - Cummins, (DG SET 200 KVA) overhauling/calbiration by replacement of injector nozzle tips-06 Nos, pressure timing spring, piston plunger, gear pinion, solenoid valve and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Repair and maintenance of floor mounted, 6 cylinders, water cooled, Make : Cummins, Model No 6 CTAA 8.3 GI-I, Engine assembly of 200 KVA DG set by replacing unserviceable parts (as per company recommendations), commissioning & testring complete after repair /replacement of unserviceable parts. Note :-(i) Spares/ parts shall be measured and paid seperately as under as "supply only" (ii) Rate for fixing of these items are deemed to included in quoted rate.

M&L for dismantling, taking out existing choked radiator assembly from 6 cylinders, water cooled engine, Model No 6CTAA 8.3 GI-I of Make : Cummins, (DG Set of 200KVA) de-watering, cleaning of rediator fins with de-scaling compound, repair/servicing of AC alternator and replacement of fan blade as per existing model and re-fixing radiator assembly in position after complete overhauling all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor mounted, 6 cylinders, water cooled, Make: Crompton, Greavess, Model No- V4CT2TC-130954, Model No. 14320310365/CG and Mahindra power model engine Model No. V4M2TC-108227 of 62.5 KVA DG set for overhauling, demounting the block, grinding, polishing, de-carbonizing of block and head assembly with machining work, repair and replacement of the following unserviceable parts (as per company recommendations), re-assembling the same after repair work including commissiong and testing complete. Note :-(i) Spares/ parts shall be measured and paid seperately as under as "supply only" (ii) Rate for fixing of these items are deemed to included in quoted rate.

M&L for dismantling, fuel pump assembly from 06 cylinders, water cooled Engine, Model No 491205/928 and 127340 of Make : Kirloskar, (DG SET 50 KVA), overhauling/calbiration by replacement of injector nozzle tips-04 Nos, pressure timing spring, piston plunger, gear pinion, solenoid valve and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor mounted, 6 cylinders, water cooled, Make :Kirloskar, Model No- 491205/928 and 127340, Engine assembly of 50 KVA DG set for overhauling, demounting the block, grinding, polishing, de-carbonizing of block and head assembly with machining work, repair to panel rewiring and battery charger 12V and repair and replacement of the following unserviceable parts (as per company recommendations), re-assembling the same after repair work including commissiong and testing complete. Note :-(i) Spares/ parts shall be measured and paid seperately as under "supply only" (ii) Rate for fixing of these items are deemed to included in quoted rate.

M&L for dismantling, taking out choked radiator assembly from 6 cylinders, water cooled engine, Model No 491205/928 and 127340 of Make : Kirloskar (DG set of 50 KVA), de-watering, cleaning of rediator fins with de-scaling compound, replacement of fan blads as per existing model and re-fixing radiator assembly in position after complete overhauling all as specified and as directed.

Repair and maintenance of floor mounted, 6 cylinders, water cooled, Make : Crompton Greaves, Model No 11240380436, Engine assembly of 30 KVA DG set by replacing unserviceable parts (as per company recommendations), commissioning and testring complete after repair /replacement of unserviceable parts. Note :-(i) Spares/ parts shall be measured and paid seperately as under as "supply only", fixing of these items are deemed to included in quoted rate.

Repair and maintenance of floor mounted, 4 cylinders, water cooled, Make: kirloskar, SM No 127341, SM No. 127337, SM No. 127339 and SM No. 127343, Engine assembly of 15 KVA DG set, by replacing unserviceable parts (as per company recommendations), commissioning and testring complete after repair /replacement of unserviceable parts. Note :-(i) Spares/ parts shall be measured and paid seperately as under as "supply only" (ii) Fixing of these items are deemed to included in quoted rate.

M&L for dismantling, fuel pump assembly from 06 cylinders, water cooled Engine, Model No11240380436, Make : Crompton greaves, (DG SET 30 KVA), overhauling/calbiration by replacement of injector nozzle tips-04 Nos, pressure timing spring, piston plunger, gear pinion, solenoid valve and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F, in repair, PVC insulated 10 sqmm size copper battery lead 0.50 mtr long with brass end terminals all as spcified and directed.

Supply and replacement of coolent superior quality/grade. Make-Golden Crusher/Servo/Tata.

Supply and filling in replacement of engine oil 20 W 30/20W 40. Make : Sarvo/Castrol/Volveline.

Supplying, installing, in-replacement, connecting and testing battery 12V, 180 AH (Maintenance free) for DG Set 200 KVA and DG set 50 KVA.

S&F, in rapair, PVC insulated and PVC sheathed Heavy duty submersible cable of copper conductor, multi stranded, 10 core of size 2.5 sqmm, 1100 volts grade.

Disconnecting submersible pump set (Make-CALAMA), 45 HP capacity from electrical connections and water supply net work, de-watering and lifting out from Bore well along with flanged type column pipes, any size and submersible cable of approx 120 meter depth and lowering the submersible pumping set in bore well after repair, lowering column pipes and cables, providing new rubber gasket/bolt and nuts of reauired size, including making the water and electrical connection complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Repair of submersible pump and pump motor will be measured & paid separately under respective item of this schedule. (ii) Quoted rate include transportation of pumpset from pump house to authorise workshop and back.

(a) Submersible motor

(i) M&L for dismantling the submersible electric motor of 45HP from pump set, cutting and taking out the existing burnt out winding wire and re-winding motor with 'E' class PVC insulated copper winding wire of appropriate gauge superior quality, application of insulating material, varnishing the complete and sealing the motor with water proofing compound and sealing cap including comissioning and testing complete all as specified and directed.

(ii) M&L, in repair, motor shaft sleeve made out of stainless steel of existing size and length.

(iii) S&F, in repair, thrust bearing of appropriate dia and size.

(iv) S&F, in repair, coupling cage including bolt and nuts.

(b) Submersible pump set

(i) De-assembling the pump set of 45HP, Multistage (7-8) and replacing the following warn out parts by new parts & re-assembling the pump commissioning and testing complete all as specified and directed:-

(ii) M&L, in repair, intel ringh - Set of 8 Nos

(iii) M&L, in repair, Stainless Steel impeller

(iv) M&L, in repair, pump shaft made out of stainless steel of existing size and length

(v) S&F, in repair, coupling with rubber bushes, slot key, bolt and nuts.

(vi) M&L, in repair, pump sleeves SS - Set of 8 Nos.

Disconnecting submersible pump set (Make- CALAMA), 30 HP capacity from electrical connections and water supply net work, de-watering and lifting out from UG Sump well along with flanged type column pipes, any size and submersible cable of approx 10 meter depth and lowering the submersible pumping set in UG Sump well after repair, lowering column pipes & cables, providing new rubber gasket/bolt and nuts of required size, including making the water and electrical connection complete all as specified and directed. Note (i) Repair of submursible pump and pump motor will be measured & paid separately under respective item of this schedule. (ii) Quoted rate include transportation of pumpset from pump house to authorise workshop and back.

(a) Submersible motor
