EARTH WORK

Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including getting out and disposal of excavated earth anywhere in the campus, as directed by Engineer-in- Charge:

All kinds of soil

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, for all lift, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, anywhere in the campus.

All kinds of soil.

CEMENT CONCRETE (CAST IN SITU)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :

1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

REINFORCED CEMENT CONCRETE

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level :

1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size de rived from natural sources)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for

Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level.

Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

STEEL WORK

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete.

GI Tubular TATA or equvalent

FINISHING

Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete.

Dismantling and Demolishing

Dismantling steel work manually/ by mechanical means in built up sections without dismembering and stacking anywhere in the campus as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

ROAD WORK

Preparation and consolidation of sub grade with power road roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacity after excavating earth to an average of 22.5cm depth, dressing to camber and consolidating with road roller including making good the undulations etc. and re-rolling the subgrade and disposal of surplus earth anywhere in the campus as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

WATER SUPPLY

Providing and fixing Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) pipes, including all PVC plain & brass threaded fittings, including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step PVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. Internal work - Exposed on wall

DRAINAGE

NON SCHEDULE

Providing and fixing PVC pipes with 5 mm dia perforations, minimum 125 perforations per running metre, in trenches at required slope, as per specifications etc complete including the cost of all materials, labour etc. and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.Care should be taken while laying so that the perforations shall be along the bottom side of the pipe. The rate includes cost of all materials, covering the pipe with Geo Textile Cloth,labour charges for trenching carriage of surplus earth to anywhere in the campus etc. complete. including jointing of pipes with one step PVC solvent cement etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge 150 mm dia 6 Kgf/cm2.

Providing ,Laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specified size 20mm downgraded metal as filter media around the drainage pipes in the sides of trench as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge. Rate inclusive of all materials,transportation and labour charges complete.The work has to be executed as per detailed specifications, and or as approved by Engineer-in charge.

Providing , laying and spreading of compacted fill with 40mm metal (Coarse Rubble Granite Stone) combined with a downgraded stone up to 30mm to form a contour and elevations in uniform thickness,rolling with 3 wheeled road / vibratory roller 8-10 tonne capacity in stages to proper grade and camber, as per Drawings. Rate inclusive of all materials,transportation and labour charges complete.The work has to be completed as per detailed specifications and or as approved by Engineer-in-charge

Supply and Installation FIFA approved quality Synthetic Football Turf of Pile height 50 mm with PU backing, Stabilizing infill of Quartz sand 25 kg/sqm and Performance infill Black SBR Rubber 8 kg/sqm as per the direction of officer in charge. A test certificate of compliance to FIFA specification is mandatory during physical inspection at site along with test report on material. Design, receive material, installation, testing and commissioning of synthetic surface for football including, laying, jointing, fixing in position to sub base, including all according to methodology and drawings and specifications, approved by FIFA including line marking to FIFA specification all complete. The complete installation should be to FIFA approved international standards.
