M & L for Dismantling/taking out all electrical connections from unserviceable 50 KVA 3 phase input & 3 phase output UPS of make Consul and lifting UPS with the help of crane & loading into vehcile and sending it to nearest local company workshop from site and after repairing send it to site back & re-connection of all electrical connections to UPS as per existing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for opening of 50 KVA 3 phase input & 3 phase output online sine wave conversion UPS,drawing out of isolation transformer core assembly and winding,replacement of unserviceable parts of isolation transformer including repair,rewinding of transformer winding with suitable gauge of super enamelled copper wire/strip, the following undermentioned items also replaced with new one & also replacement of all unserviceable parts of UPS then after assembling the isolation transformer after repair and make it fully functional along with smooth operational with rated load and submit the test report to the department complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Material and labour point wiring with 1.5 sqmm (nominal cross section area) single core PVC insulated unsheathed cable of 1100 Volts grade (FRLS) multistrand with copper conductor drawn through and including non metallic, rigid PVC conduit of adequate size with all fittings and conduit accessories concealed in wall/ceiling/floor/roof etc. including 1.6 mm thick sunk mild steel terminal box with 3mm thick plastic laminated sheet top cover, cadmium plated iron screws for housing the switches, socket outlets including provision of 1.5 sqmm green in colour PVC insulated copper conductor single core multistrand (FRLS) for earth continuity conductor and connected to common earth dolly all as specified for the following:- (a) One light point control by one switch

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil n.exc. 1.5M wide & n exc 1.5M deep for laying of LT cable ,GI pipe line & for street light pole getting out including forming bottom surface all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, trenches including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layer n.exc. 25 CM in any type of soil after the pipe laid & tested complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance n.exc. 50mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc. 1.5 m above the starting point all as specified and directed

Material and labour for road cutting of trench width & depth of 30cm,60 cm for laying of UG XLPE LT cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Disconnecting of existing unserviceable LT UG cable from trench or duct or from wall with removing clamps/ pipes all as specified and directed. Note : Excavation and earth work measured and paid separately.

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover Class LV type I, size 250 x 150 x 40mm.

M&L for dry sand cushioning to under ground cable intrenches including spreading, levelling and hand punning complete all as specified.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundations filling and mass concrete complete all as specified

M&L for GI tubes light grade of 50 mm dia complete with all fittings laid in floors/trenches for cable protection at road crossing & cable protection for street light poles including taking down of old GI pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
