Fabrication ,supply, conveyance & installation of Name board made of concrete slab fixed with marble/granite plaque carrying the inscription "Member of Parliament Local Area Development Scheme Work' indicating the cost involved, the commencement, completion and inauguration date, and the name of the Member of Parliament recommending the project" (Both in English and Malayalam). A sample of the Plaque has been given in Annexure-III to these Guidelines
