Erection of different type of temporary stall / pandal with strong bamboo posts / salbullah and frame of dia 100 mm with polythene / water proof tarpaulin / canvas shade on roof covering with 3 (three) side cover and cloth of different colours as per direction of the authority, if necessary. The height of ceiling not less than 3600 mm. Two numbers bamboo(75 to 100 mm dia ) runner tied with coir rope with the post for hanging of fan and flurecent tube light along the length of Distribution Table .The roof covering with both or one side sloping including hire and labour charges of all materials, man, machineries, carriage and all taxes complete at the site of DC / RC and Counting as per direction of the authority.

Hire and labour chages for 75mm to 100 mm dia bamboo railing on Salbullah or other approved timber / bamboo post 0.60m to 0.90m below G.L. tied strongly with bamboo railing @600cc with coir rope digging holes of posts in any sorts of soil or concrete surface packing the sides etc. including the cost of packing and restoration of damages of the ground to its original condition as per direction of the authority 100 mm dia bamboo / Salbullah post @1200 cc

Hire and labour charges for providing ‘Drop gate’ with 15 cm. dia Salbullah length not less than 8.00 m / 10cm. bamboo including hoisting and fitted fixing with bolts and nuts to vertical post (100 mm dia – 02 nos. on each flank embedded 750 mm below G.L.) and providing counter load of concrete or stone or iron black at the fulcrum end providing “Stop” plate and jute rope necessary length etc. complete including dismantling and removing as per direction of the authority

Making barricade with 75mm dia bamboo railing @600cc tying strongly with coir rope including hire and labour charges of materials and carriage and taxes at the site of DC / RC and Counting [maximum height of barricade 2400mm]

Sealing of windows opening by wooden planks or ply board (not less than 12mm thick ply) over a cover of polythene sheet with necessary battens, screws, nails etc. in Strong Rooms as per direction of the authority including hire and labour charges at the site of DC / RC and Counting

Making wooden platform using stout props and thick hard wood planks (thickness 25 to 30mm) with required bracing and crossing in Strong Room and DC / RC and Counting hall

Preparation of kutcha drain 450x600mm size at different places at the site of DC / RC and counting

Trimming of grass and weeds from the shoulders/berms and disposing off the same to suitable locations as per technical specifications

Dressing and chilchalling in compound at the site of DC / RC and Counting and necessary leveling in the same

Hire charges of Wooden Shelves (made by local hard wood) including necessary wooden post, battens etc. fitted and fixed with nails/screws. Each wooden shelf should consist of minimum 4 rows (section of wood in post 100x75mm batten 75x50mm, 50x25mm and 50x37.5mm). Size of the wooden shelves may vary as per direction of the authority (total size 1800x600x2100mm each / 1800x1200x2100mm each)

Bamboo piles walling made of 65mm to 75mm dia bamboo (in single line) driven about half length into the ground at very close spacing side by side including necessary bamboo stays, ties, runners etc. with bamboos of length between 1.2m and 1.8m each

Dismantling all types masonry including plain cement concrete, RCC work, dismantle or shifting the existing oil tank/boiler and cleaning removing conservancy garbage mixed with rubbish, coal and other filthy materials at DC/RC

Hire charges for providing of hanger 4m to 5m long with stand made by 75 to 100 mm dia bamboo tied with coir rope at Office of the under signed

Hire and labour charges for providing 1200x1800mm Collapsible Gage at the site of DC/RC and Counting

Hire Charges for providing frame made of 75mm to 100 mm dia bamboo tied with coir rope each post @ 900mm c/c and tie @ 900 mm fromed a mesh type structure to display the flex or fixing of ply board on the structure and adequate bamboo tie to bear the wind pressureas per direction of engg in charge at Traing venues and DC/RC , Counting venue at JPG polytechnic .

Making of Bamboo pandal with cloth of different colours inside the room/hall as per direction of the authority. If necessary the height of ceiling not less than 3600 mm. Hire and labour charges of all materials, man, machineries, carriage and all taxes complete at the site of DC / RC and Counting hall as per direction of the authority.

Hire and labour charges for provision of decorate synthetic carpet approved by the authority including pasting with necessary adhesive at the floor of the site of DC/RC and Counting over the wooden surface or concrete surface

Windows and doors at Strong Room for safe custody of VVPAT Machines Sealing of windows & doors opening by wooden planks or ply board (not less than 12mm thick ply) over a cover of polythene sheet with necessary battens, screws, nails etc. in Strong Rooms as per direction of the authority including hire and labour charges at the site of Strong Room for VVPAT at Raninagar & DC / RC,Strong Room & Counting Hall.

Sealing of outside of the windows & doors opening by GCI sheet 26 gauge thick over a cover of polythene sheet with necessary battens, screws, nails etc. in Strong Rooms as per direction of the authority including hire and labour charges at the site of Strong Room for at DC / RC,Strong Room & Counting Hall

Hire charges of Wooden Shelves (made by local hard wood) including necessary wooden post, battens etc. fitted and fixed with nails/screws. Each wooden shelf should consist of minimum 3 rows (section of wood in post 100x75mm batten 75x50mm, 50x25mm and 50x37.5mm). Rack of the Shelve made by cladding of wooden ply Size of the wooden shelves may vary as per direction of the authority (total size 1950x900x1900mm /each). All shelves will have to be removed and shifted to the Strong Room without charging any cost whatsoever
