Amount

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5M in depth and not exceeding 1.5M wide for pipe and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5M in depth and not exceeding 1.5M wide for cable/pipe and getting out in hard rock/Road/PCC hard standing and making the disturbed surfaces good same as existing before excavation complete all as specified and directed. Note for item No. 1.00 & 2.00 :- Trenchless boring if required at site. The quoted rate is inclusive liaisoning with external agencies if required for clearance to lay the pipe, permit for execution and making good the disturbed surfaces.

Returning, filling in(soil), including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials(soil) not exceeding 50M, depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 M above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling taking out GI/MS pipe from PCC support/Trenches for repair/replacement/relaying for bore of pipe 150 mm complete all as specified and directed .

Supply, fixing and testing of 150 mm dia not less than medium grade MS ERW pipe alongwith specials on PCC support or on trenches complete all as specified and directed. Note :-Only flanges will be measured as supply only whereas all the specials required to make unit functional is deemed to be incuded in the above rate

M&L for relaying of GI pipe above after proper cleaning, descalling and fixing to original position for bore of pipe 150 mm including necessary rubber gusket, nuts, bolts & washers complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for flange joint suitable for MS pipe line of 150mm dia including new MS flange of thickness 10mm welded to MS pipe line including provision of Neoprin rubber gasket nuts, bolts and washers complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling taking out GI pipe from PCC support/Trenches for repair/ replacement/ relaying for bore of pipe 100 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing and testing of 100 mm dia Medium grade GI pipe including complete GI specials on PCC support or on trenches complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Only flanges will be measured a supply onle whereas all the specials required to make unit functional is deemed to be incuded in the above rate

M&L for relaying of GI pipe above after proper cleaning, descalling and fixing to original position for bore of pipe 100 mm including necessary rubber gusket, nuts, bolts & washers complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for flange joint suitable for MS pipe line of 100mm dia including new MS flange of thickness 10mm welded to MS pipe line including provision of Neoprin rubber gasket nuts, bolts and washers complete all as specified and directed.

Labour only for attending break down of pipe line bursting/cracks and including cleaning/removal of broken pipe pieces of various lengths through gas cutting / manual cutting as per site requirement and including inserting necessary specials such as pipes etc as per site requirement, testing for leakages of testing and necessary dewatering by using necessary pumps, mechanical excavator complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge for the bore of GI pipe upto 150mm.

Note 1:- The quoted rate is deemed to be include the following:- (i) arrangement of suitable pump sets for dewatering at the time of breakdown. (ii) Necessary labour/trade men for attending break down . (iii) labour element required for fixing CI/DI/MS pipes, specials fittings Note 2:-CI/DI/MS Pipes and specials will be measured and paid seperately under relevant items.Items which are not available as supply only are deemed to be included to make the unit completely functional

Supply and fix DI Mechanical Joint 150 mm incl both end rubber gusket and nuts,bolts assy complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fix, install test and commissioning CI sluice valve flanged type 150 mm dia PN 1.6 fitted with hand wheel including fixing to pipe line with gusket, nuts, bolts and washers complete including taking out old unserviceable sluice valve complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only DI/CI/MS fittings for water pipe line such bends (any type, radius and angle) tapers any type, (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc.) Tee pieces single branch. "Y" junction, double branch, cross (all sockets or socket and spigot) collars, caps and plugs including taking out broken CI /MS specials upto 150mm bore all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel framed work with ends of bars souldered, welded or reveted or forced into spikes, framed guard bars, ladders,chequred plates framed balusters, walk ways, railings, gates, frame work of tank, valvepit and similar work incl painting with one coat of red oxide primer and one coats of anticorrosive black bituminous paint incl dismantling mild steel work of any description not otherwise specially provided for all as specified and directed.

M&L for dismatling of foundation PCC, taking out from pump house, carrying to dumping yard inside ND (V) and necessary cleaning of work site all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete type B1, (1:2:4) with 20mm graded agreegate in foundation, filling in and mass concrete all as specified and directed.

M& L for painting to MS pipe line with one coat of coal tar epoxy paint complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for painting to new/exsting steel surfaces any dia of MS pipe line with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of coal tar epoxy paint including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old U/S GI pipe of including short length (up to 6m) following sizes from gallaries/walls complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing and testing of 50 mm dia Medium grade GI pipe including complete GI specials on PCC support or on trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Attending water leakage fresh water cope point complaints of 50mm GI pipe at any location inside jetty area and replacing the spares , where ever required and restore the water supply all as directed. Note :-Replacement of new GI fittings up to 50mm in place of U/S one included in the unit rate quoted.
