1 Repair/servicing and maintenance of heating system of 22TR Packaged Air Conditioning units of Labour recovery room and Doctors room with allied works at Govt. SMGS Hospital, Jammu, detail by way of Blower servicing by way of dismounting of blower, carriage to market for its servicing/ strengthening. Providing and fitting of 2 no’s new bearings as per sample, strengthening to shaft by way of welding turning and finishing on lathe, alignment checking, strengthening to blower brackets, back carriage to SMGS Hospital reassembling/mounting and testing on full load. – 2 jobs. Complete servicing of whole unit (including outdoor & indoor) using chemical or water as per site requirement through pump to remove unwanted dust from it and also washing and cleaning of air filters, drainage cleaning etc. at least two times– 02 jobs. Providing and fitting of heavy duty 40 ampere contactor – 01 no. Providing and fitting of fan belts – 04 nos.Providing and Fitting of TPN (63A)– 01 no.Providing and Fitting of M-shape Heating strips of 2 KW capacity–10 nos. (5W + 5S) with replacement of coil frame.Replacement of wornout/damaged controller card- 2 nos.Providing and fitting of Single-Phase Preventer (SPP) in place of wornout/damaged SPP – 2 nos. along with complete wiring and connections. Supply and Installation of 35 ampere insulated strip contacts/connector in place of damaged/wornout strip connectors/contacts - 10 nos.Rewinding of blower motor including dismounting/dismantling and carriage to market for its rewinding/ strengthening and back carriage to SMGS Hospital reassembling/mounting and testing- 1 no. The job also involves repair to 50 KVA Automatic Voltage Servo Unit installed by way of disconnecting of all incoming and outgoing cable connections. The job also involved making of the bypass arrangement by way of sitc of by -pass/changeover switch, as per site requirement, on the wall or standing along with complete cabling and connections and then dismantling of servo. The job further includes replacement of worn-out/damaged dimmer assembly - 2nos along with controller cards -2 and gear motor assembly - 1no, at site if possible, using special tools and tackles with complete installation & commissioning as per site requirement including cabling, proper thimbling to both end terminal connecting wires, etc. The job also involves draining out of T-oil in a barrel/container, boiling the oil so as to remove any moisture, re-filling of same to servo and then filling of required T-oil-50 lt with fresh one. Assembling of complete servo unit, testing and commissioning of whole system on no-load and then on load. Complete job includes cost of material, all kinds of taxes, labour charges, tools & tackles, other unforeseen materials & works required for execution of job, rectification of any other faults found during execution for successful working of machines and also involves cost of technicians, as and when required as per instructions of Engineer-in-Charge, to attend the complaints of machines and its rectification for the season.
