ITEM NO. 1 : LED Street Lights 60 Watts with silicon gasket for IP 66 (No glue ) protection suitable upto 40mm OD holder fixed on existing poles, LED street lights made up of pressure die cast aluminium (LM6 Alloy) housing with toughned glass and high power LEDs and secondary lenses with IP 66 protection (Make of LED : Nichia, Cree, OSRAM, Philips), top opening for separate driver compartment with frame, Brand logo embossed,Polycarbonate/toughen glass cover having IK08 protection.High power ceramic base LED with individual peanut lenses>110lm/W, PF>0.95,thd<10% at full load,CRI>70,external SPD suitable of 15 hits of more than 10KA rating i.e total of 45 hits across all the models as per IEEE 62.41.2 and as per IEC60698 & bolted inside the luminaire panel.Avg life class 50000 Hrs@L70,metal Body fully potted encapsulated (isolated) driver Set Phase to phase protection at 440V upto 8 hrs & > 300V auto cut and restart feature.Luminaire & Driver shall be of same Make to avoid any distrust & service issue later including dismantling of existing security lights from poles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. ITEM NO. 4 : Cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor laid in trenches/ on poles/ road crossing or passing through existing/new pipe under road crossing etc for the size of cable 6 sqmm 2 core complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE: Excavation & earth work, sand cushioning, cable cover & pipe for cable protection will be measured and paid for separately.

ITEM NO. 5 : Cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor laid in trenches/ on poles/ road crossing or passing through existing/new pipe under road crossing etc for the size of cable 25 sqmm 4 core complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE: Excavation & earth work, sand cushioning, cable cover & pipe for cable protection will be measured and paid for separately.

ITEM NO. 6 : Cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor laid in trenches/ on poles/ road crossing or passing through existing/new pipe under road crossing etc for the size of cable 50 sqmm 3.5 core, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE: Excavation & earth work, sand cushioning, cable cover & pipe for cable protection will be measured and paid for separately.

ITEM NO. 7 : Automatic street light control with infrared sensor based NATURE SWITCH and VMS, Single phase load of 5 KW (40 Amps) for automation of street lights. Nature Switch operation shall be based on Natural light Lux level. Required illuminance level for switching ON is < 30 Lux and for switching OFF > 10 Lux. The sensor shall also have part night operation facility of min. 4 hrs. to max. 12 hrs. VMS should have adjustable over & under Voltage trip level and protection against phase losses, incl Power contactor (40 Amps) and MCB rating of 40 Amps & main load circuit wiring (Copper) of minimum 16 sqmm.All items shall be enclosed on a Pole/wall mountable enclosure ,SMC junction box conforming to IP54 incl taking down of old street light control switches complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

ITEM NO. 9 : Earthing complete with and including galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm surrounded by a mixture of charcoal and salt in alternate layers burried directly in ground vertically in a pit of depth not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth of not less than 1.5 m below ground level, connected with and including galvanised iron or steel earth wire, 4mm dia (No. 8 SWG) by means bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made out of galvanised iron, 15 mm bore GI pipe (light grade) for protection of earthing lead, 20 mm bore (medium grade) GI pipe for watering with funnel, wire mesh and including necessary excavation and earth work, PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 in pit base and 50 mm thick RCC 1:2:4 type B-1, reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 3 kg/sq m) pit cover, C.I frame, charcoal and comman salt filling in alternate layers, complete all as shown and specified in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I (2009) complete all as shown on drawings and as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : The unit rate includes for protecton pipe 15mm dia and GI earth wire 4mm dia from top of earth plate upto 7.50 metre above ground level.

ITEM NO. 10 :Street light bracket made out of GI pipe light grade 25 mm bore approx length not less than 120 cm bent to shape including New clamps made of MS flat of size 50x6 mm suitable to fix street light brackets on PCC/Steel tubular poles including necessary cutting, bending of pipe/MS flats, drilling holes for nuts, bolts, washers etc including one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of aluminium paint , incl dismantling of old unserviceable street light brackets complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

ITEM NO. 11 : Street light bracket made out of GI pipe light grade 40 mm bore approx length not less than 120 cm bent to shape including New clamps made of MS flat of size 50x6 mm suitable to fix street light brackets on PCC/Steel tubular poles including necessary cutting, bending of pipe/MS flats, drilling holes for nuts, bolts, washers etc including one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of aluminium paint , incl dismantling of old unserviceable street light brackets complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

ITEM NO. 12 : Fibre/plastic made KIOSK box Complete with single phase and neutral connectors, suitable to house 3 Nos cables with end termination joint, including providing one MCB SP 6 Amps. Fixing on PCC/Steel tubular pole with the help of MS/SS Clamp 20x4 mm , nuts, bolts and washers etc and one coat of red oxide primer and two coat of aluminium paint on MS work, incl removing of old unserviceable junction boxes from pole complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

ITEM NO.13 : PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor wire 1100 volts grade of size 2.5 sq mm of 3 runs (incl earth lead) in and including 20 mm dia PVC conduit pipe best quality with three Nos of MS strips/clamps of suitable size on pole/Inside pole for steel tubular pole to street lights and connecting with street lights with existing MCBs in junction boxes, incl taking down of old PVC conductor with PVC conduits complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- 3 runs of 2.5 sqmm copper wire and PVC Conduit together will be measured as one running meter.

ITEM NO.15 : Cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor laid in trenches/ on poles/ road crossing or passing through existing/new pipe under road crossing etc for the size of cable 70 sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. NOTE: Excavation & earth work, sand cushioning, cable cover & pipe for cable protection will be measured and paid for separately.

ITEM NO.16 : Excavation in trenches in Soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.50 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter in depth for laying of UG cable/pole/stay and each pit not exceeding 10Sqm on plan and getting out excavated material complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

ITEM NO.17 :Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick each,excavated soil in trenches complete as in soft/loose soil, complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

ITEM NO.18: Removing surplus soil/ excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

ITEM NO.19 : Sand cushioning to cables with a layer sand 8 cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cm depth (punned down to 18 cm depth after laying and stretching of cable) including consolidation etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Punned quantity of sand shall be measured for the purpose of payment

ITEM NO.20: Burnt bricks sub class 'B' old sizeclass designation 100 laid flat perpendicular to the direction of cable for protection of cable complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

ITEM NO.21 : Plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2,using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate smooth finish to all exposed surfaces of concrete as laid in roads, foot paths and pavings without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

ITEM NO.22 : Steel tubing, galvanised, Light grade, ISI marked, 50 mm bore with and including all fittings , cutting, threading for road crossing alongwith pole/culvert/drainage for mechanical protection of cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

ITEM NO.23 : Steel tubing, galvanised, Light grade, ISI marked, 40 mm bore with and including all fittings , cutting, threading for road crossing alongwith pole/culvert/drainage for mechanical protection of cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

ITEM NO.24 : Taking down of Old unservicable ACSR conductor of any type from poles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
