Supply of 1 Phase, 1.5 TR high wall split AC of 5 star rating Inverter type Air-conditioners suitable to operate from 230±10%, 50 Hz, 1 phase power supply having high EER Compressor with Indoor & Outdoor Copper coil refrigeration having aluminium fins firmly bonded to copper tubes assembled in zinc coated steel frame with Eco friendly R-32 or equivalent Refrigeration Gas along with copper conductor PVC insulated PVC sheathed multicore power cable of size not less than 2.5 Sqmm. from indoor to outdoor unit (i/c 3 mtr. copper refrigerant pipe). The indoor unit should have real time clock, operating facility from cordless remote, along with time and temperature display. Outdoor unit to be installed as Directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Nominal Cooling Capacity of the machine shall be 5000 W / 17100 BTU/Hr (Minimum).

Supply of 3 Phase, 4 TR Floor mounted Inverter type split AC unit suitable to operate from 415±10%, 50 Hz, 3 phase power supply having Indoor & Outdoor Copper coil refrigeration having aluminium fins firmly bonded to copper tubes assembled in zinc coated steel frame with Eco friendly R-32 or equivalent Refrigeration Gas along with copper conductor PVC insulated PVC sheathed multicore power cable from indoor to outdoor unit. The indoor unit should have operating facility from cordless remote, along temperature display. Outdoor unit to be installed as Directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Nominal Cooling Capacity of the machine shall be 13400 W (Minimum).

ITC of the following TR split type Air-conditioners along with Outdoor/ Indoor unit suitable to operate on 1/3 Phase Power supply.

(a) upto 2 TR Highwall AC

(b) 4 TR Split/Floor mounted AC

Supply and fixing of extra copper refrigerant piping complete with suction / liquid line, insulation (i.e. cunifoam with neoprene / rubber lining), and all the accessories i/c Control Cable as per site requirement as directed by Engineer-in-Charge including additional gas charging as required.

Supply and laying of 25 mm dia cotton braided PVC pipe to be used for drainage of condensate from indoor units to the nearest drain-port as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of fabricated metallic structure with required painting / pre-fabricated L shaped O/D stand of suitable size made of MS angle/ frame as per site requirement etc for suspension of outdoor compressor units as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply installation testing and commissioning of the timer for auto/manual operation of the Air Conditioners upto 2 TR. The Timer shall have provision for 02 nos. of Air Conditioners as input and 01 no. as output with provision for switching of Air Conditioners as per the user requirement in the time interval of 4/6/12 Hr.

Supply, Installation, testing, commissioning of Water Cooler cum in built UV+RO water purifier with storage capacity of 80Ltrs, Cooling Capacity 60Ltr (approx.) having minimum 2(Two) nos. water Faucets suitable to operate on 230V,1-phase,50Hz AC power supply and meeting the Specification as Specified in Technical Specification. (Make :- AquaGuard, Model :Green Pure chill 80 SS- RO+UV or Equivalent).

Supply, installation, Testing and commission of iron remover consisting of 20''/24'' iron vessel-Resin based with filtration capacity 200 LPH equipped backwash facility for flushing out filtered iron sediments.
