(iii) EXHIBIT-VII- Format of certificate from client for substantial work completion
7 Financial capabilities: - Average Annual Financial Turnover
(i) Audited balance sheets and P&L accounts for each financial year as mentioned in this tender enquiry OR
(ii) Certificate by CA with UDIN clearly certifying the average annual financial turnover for each year as mentioned in this tender enquiry
8 General Construction Experience: Annual Turnover
(i) Certificate from CA with UDIN as per format attached at EXHIBIT VIII, clearly certifying the turnover from general construction works & turnover from specific work.
9 Financial capabilities: - Availability of Liquid Assets and Sources of Finance to meet the construction cash flow requirements.
(i) Scanned copy of CA certificate where profit after tax during last 05 FYs ending 31st March of Previous FY i.e. 2024-25 is clearly mentioned. UDIN number of CA should be mentioned on certificate. (Use EXHIBIT- VIII) AND
(ii) Certificate from CA with UDIN certifying the net worth of the bidder in the FY ending 31st March of Previous FY i.e. 2024-25. (Use EXHIBIT- IX) OR
(iii) The Solvency certificate from Commercial bank for the said amount which should not be issued more than 6 months old from the due date of submission of bid (Use EXHIBIT- X)
