| 1 | Supply, fabrication, transportation, installation, testing and commissioning of illuminated bilingual Glow Sign Display Boards,along with provision for future signage expansions each of size 15'-0" × 4'-0", complete with the State Emblem of India (Ashoka Stambha) displayed prominently at the top centre. Each board shall comprise a rigid frame fabricated from 25 mm × 25 mm ISI-mark M.S. hollow sections, duly welded, ground smooth and coated with one coat of approved red oxide primer. The enclosure shall be made of 0.35 mm thick galvanized iron sheet for the back, sides, top and bottom, finished with one coat of white paint using approved makes such as Aarti, Bansal or Jindal. The front face shall consist of a flexible substrate with high-resolution UV backlit printing, mounted in such a manner that it can be opened upward for inspection and maintenance. The boards shall be internally illuminated with 20 W LED tube lights (Philips or equivalent approved make), complete with holders, electronic drivers, 2.5 sq.mm FRLS copper wiring, connectors and all necessary accessories for uniform illumination.
