Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including ,fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc.removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc. all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing unserviceable MCB DB/TPN along with MCBs complete by disconnecting all as directed.

Taking down old unserviceable light fittings any type and removal from site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, ceiling etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge to match with existing surface all as directed.

Receiving complaints Daily basis from JE incharge/site incharge lodged by the user/occupants of Internal electric/summer appliance, street light / concern external electric supply nature, rectification of the fault as per the detailed by JE incharge/ AGE E/M to rectify the fault with regard to complaint lodged and refixing of fitting and fixture to their original position as dismentled complete all as directed at site to the entire satisfaction of Engineer -in- Charge. Note : (i) Any copmplaint which is left out/unattendent 1-2 days by the electrician by any reasons the same to be communicated to the JE incharge /AGE E/M with reason. (ii) Rates quoted shall be deemed to include the cost of minor spares not catered for in the subject CA (such as bracket,clamp,nut bolt,Lugs,thimbles,cable clamp ,welding work with connecting acessories etc) (ii) New material/stores provided for completing the job shall be measured and paid for separetely under relevent items of sch 'A' and supply issue resolve such as cable loose/disconect connection, No supply issue, short circuit, any other supply issues complain resolve cost shall be deemed including this rate. (iii) Contractor shall provide the all type of T&P,vehicle, ledder and saftey items such as electric proof shooes and hand gloves, body harnese to electrician for attending & rectification the internal / external electric complaints. (iv) Contractor shall provide the complaint register and complaint slip serially numbered in duplicate as per sample. The rate of such items included in this items. (v) Any unattended complaints not done in specified time limit. The contractor shall penalty Rs. 500/- on each complaints per day.

Cutting chasing in brick walls for GI tubing 15/20mm bore including making good with cement mortar 1:3, cutting not exceeding 10cm girth complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

S&F for sheet metal enclosure with single pole and neutral with two pin and earth plug socket including 25Amp 240 Volt including MCB SP,20Amp as in repair complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing 15mm bore stop valve cast copper alloy chromium plated fancy type, high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle screwed both ends for iron pipe or union and fixed as in repair complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing 20mm bore stop valve cast copper alloy, high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle screwed both ends for iron pipe or union and fixed as in repair complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down to 15mm bore steel tubing and connection including cleaning for re-fixing or remove from site complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F for 15mm bore steel water tubing medium grade, galvanised with all fittings and fixture fixed & concealed in wall/ceiling or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

(WATER COOLER) Disconnecting, opening and taking out unserviceable sealed compressor of water cooler of capacity 150/180 litres and replaced with new sealed compressor of existing capacity & model including soldering of liquid /gas pipe ,cleaning the system arresting the leakage etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make : SRI-RAM/ TAKAM SHAH/ KIRLOSKER .

All as per above item No 153 hereinbefore but water cooler of capacity 40/80 litres. Note for item No 153 & 154: (i) Contractor shall produce original purchase voucher of original manufacturer /authorized dealer and test certificate shall be of original manufacturer to the department along with payment of RAR/Final bill. (ii) Recharging of refrigerant gas shall be measured &paid separately under respective item of BOQ.

Cleaning the system with CTC and charging the refrigerant gas R-22/134 including replacing strainer and rectification of leakage of the system from water cooler of150 litres capacity complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing internal wiring for water coolers 150/80/40 ltr capacity with PVC insulated unsheathed flexible copper conductor cable single core size 40/0.0076 fixed with terminal clips etc including replacement of screws, washers etc required for fastening to body etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in repair of unserviceable starting relay assembly with new starting relay assembly suitable for water cooler of 150 litre capacity as per exisitng make Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Cleaning to water coolers upto 150 ltrs capacity internal & external surfaces of suitable repairs to body & stop leakage etc, replacing unserviceable nut bolts & washers etc including preparation of external surfaces and bottom body and painted with anticorrosive synthetic enamel paint with help of spray gun machine and writing SM / MES No in 5cm height complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per above item No 167 here-in-before but water cooler of capacity 40/80 liter

Supply and fixing in repair of unserviceable thermo-state switch with new thermo-state switch suitable for water cooler any capacity as per exisitng make Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(REFRIGERATORS) Disconnecting & opening refrigerator of capacity 180/210/320 litre and taking out unserviceable sealed compressor and replacing with new sealed compressor of existing capacity & model including soldering of liquid /gas pipe ,cleaning the system & the leakage etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make :SRI-RAM/ TIKAMSHAH/ KIRLOSKER / WHIRLPOOL .

Recharging of gas R-10/12/134A in refrigerant cap 180/210/320 litre complete including testing of leakage and testing the unit for satisfactory performance Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Replacement of freezer door plastic with tension spring as per existing model suitable 160/210 litre cap.

Replacement of Door liner ( Plastic ) for upto 310 liter capacity

Replacement of Door magnetic gaskest for upto 310 litre cap.

Replacement of Relay box type for any cap.

S&F replacement of unserviceable over load protector with new over load protector suitable for refrigerator 165 to 310 litre capacity as per existing make Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(SPLIT TYPE AND WINDOW TYPE AIR CONDITIONER) Disconnection and removing the unserviceable Split AC Outdoor & Indoor Unit/ window type of Capacity 1.5 to 4 Ton capacity from the existing position carefully for finding of the defects and to replace the unserviceable spare parts such as Compressor, Condensor fan mtor, condensor coil, suction & discharge valves, mother plates including carry out leak detection test, Gas charging, servicing such as cleaning and removing the dust particles accumulated in the unit and filters carefully and washing the cooling unit and Indoor unit with water and refixing the same in its original position complete including connecting up of the Copper Tubes and cable connections, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge. (i) Cost of spares such as Compressor, Condensor Fan Motor, Condensor Coil, Suction & Discharge valves, mother plates, leak detection test, Gas charging shall be measured and paid separately under the respective Schedule. (ii) Makes & Specifications of the spare parts for replacement should be identical equivalent to the spares suitable for existing ACs.

Disconnection and Removing the Cable connections and Copper Pipe alongwith all connected items carefully from the existing indoor and out door units and Pumpdown the refriegerant from Outdoor Unit of tonnage 1.5/2/4 Ton including stabilizer from the existing positions and shifting the AC unit at new place and refixing the outdoor and indoor units with necessary copper tubing including topping up of gas and connecting stabilzer etc for its proper functioning complete all as directed.

Carried out of Leak Proof Test for detection of leakage of gas from the cooling unit & Copper Tubing for Indoor/Outdoor Unit of Air conditioner, Refrigerator, Water Cooler with liquid nitrogen gas and arresting by gas welding method complete and charging of refrigerant into the Air conditioner/Refrigerator/Water Cooler complete. Note :- 1 The leakage to be observed for 24 Hours and after confirmation only the refrigerant is to be provided to the unit. 2 The cost of refrigerant will be measured and paid separately under rhe respective Schedule A Item.

Disconnection and removing the unserviceable / burnt out Copper Cable between Indoor & Outdoor Unit and S&F PVC Insulated, PVC Sheathed, Multistranded Copper Cable 3 Core 4 Sqmm, ISI Marked, 1100 volts Grade and connecting to the unit along with necessary fixing materials compelte all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No 215 here in above but with 2x6 Sqmm for phase and neutral and 1x6 Sqmm for earth wire complete.

Note: For the purpose of arriving at lumpsum amount, the amount of credit schedule i.e Sch 'A' section II (i.e Rs 1,33,667.00 shall be deducted from the total amount arrived.
