Excavating in trenches, not exc 1.5 metre wide and not exc 1.5 metre in depth, for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. laying cables, pipe lines, etc. not exc 10 Sqm on plan & not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil/material to a distance not exc 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling carefully and taking up or down existing serviceable steel water tubing and connections of 25 mm bore, fixed in walls, ceiling, floors, trenches etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Excavation & earthwork shall be measured & paid for separately.

M&L for galvanized steel water tubing medium grade of 25mm bore with & including all fittings, fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors/tranch, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing cast iron body sluice valve heavy duty class ‘PN-1.6’ of 80 mm bore, ISI marked with IS 14846, both flanged ends and drilled, high tensile stainless steel spindle, CI gate with brass ring, non rising type, cast iron wheel handle, cast iron cap, with 3mm thick neoprene rubber gasket joint and nuts, bolts (high tensile), washers etc, and testing, including dismantling & taking out old unserviceable sluice valve of 80 mm bore, complete, all as specified & directed.

All as per serial item No. 12.00 here-in-before but 100 mm dia bore.

S&F 25mm bore Gun metal gate valve (ISI marked) with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe, including dismantling & taking out old unserviceable gate valve of 25mm bore, complete, all as specified & directed.

All as per serial item No. 14.00 here-in-before but 50 mm dia bore.

M&L for replacement of ball valve, high pressure, with polythene float and fly nut complete for iron pipe of 25 mm bore.

Surface cleaning by removing the roots completely from the earth, shrubs, vegetation, grass, bushes, weeds by excavation not exceeding 15cm deep including sweeping, removing the same to distance not exceeding 50m away from the installation and burning the same etc. complete all as specified & directed.

Cleaning of SWTs upto 15000 GLN capacity by continues dewatering till the complete cleaning of SWTs by using suitable capacity non clog diesel engine pump set and removing all the accumulated sediments, foreign particles etc. including scrubbing, brushing and removing all the dirt/sludge accumulated on the walls/floor of SWT etc. as required etc. complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for MS framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc. complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, cover of SWTs and covers of valve chambers etc. fabricated from structural steel incl nuts, bolts, welding, bending, drilling etc. complete all as directed including painting over a coat of red oxide including dismantling of old rusted MS work etc. complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Construction of brick masonry valve pit of internal size 90cm x 90cm x90cm including necessary excavation and earth work in soft/loose soil, brick work, plastering, white wash, PCC coping, MS frame made out of angle iron of size 40mmx40mmx6 mm, MS sheet cover of 3 mm thick fixed to angle iron frame by means of hinges welded to frame and painting with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on steel surfaces and grouting the frame in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 including handle and locking arrangement with one number 50 mm dia brass pad lock, etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note :-(i) Brick wall shall be 23 cm thick built in cement mortar (1:4) (ii) Internal plaster shall be 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) and external plaster upto 450mm from top shall be 20mm thick in CM (1:6) and remaining external surface shall be flush pointing in CM (1:6) as the work proceeds. (iii) PCC in foundation shall be 15 cm thick in cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate extended 15 cm all around from the external face of the walls. (iv) PCC coping shall be 15 cm thick in cement concrete ( 1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate including grouting of angle iron frame in PCC. (v) Two coats of white wash to internal surfaces of valve pit. (vi) Depth of wall pit shall be reckoned from the top of PCC in foundation.

M&L for 4mm dia galvanised steel wire, 150x100 mm mesh, made up into mattresses or cages, lapped, wired and laid in position, including closing after filling all as directed.

M&L for taking out defective submersible pump set of capacity 10/12.5 HP from bore well after disconnecting electrical connections, transportation to workshop for repair, dismantling the pump set for detection of repair such as rewinding of motor, replacement of iron stainer, bronze impeller, gun metal bushes stainless steel sleeve, impeller key, thrust bearing, replacement of unserviceable nut-bolts, washer, lugs, terminal plate, reassembling, lowering in well in its original position, making proper electrical connections, commissioning & testing etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note : - (i) Cost for transportation to workshop and carry back to site after repair is included in the unit rate of item, nothing extra shall be paid on this account. (ii) Rewinding of submersible motor, Iron stainer, bronze impeller, gun metal bushes stainless steel sleeve, impeller key and thrust bearing if required for replacement shall be paid separately against respective items of Schedule as "Supply only". (iii) Cost of new nuts, bolts, washers, lugs and terminal plate required to be replaced is included in the unit rate of this item nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

M&L for re-winding of submersible pump set of capacity 10 /12.5 HP with PVC insulated copper winding wire of existing gauge including varnishing, baking, cotton tape and greasing of bearings, bushes and other connected parts etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Iron stainer suitable for submersible pump of capacity 10/ 12.5 HP, 6 stages etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Gun metal Bush suitable for submersible pump of capacity 10 /12.5 HP, 6 stages etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Thrust bearing (Gun metal) suitable for submersible pump of capacity 10 / 12.5 HP, 6 stages etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying, laying & jointing in replacement submersible cable flat type, copper conductor of size 6 Sqmm 3 core etc. complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for Cleaning of RCC overhead reservoir upto 25000 gallon capacity at 60 feet staging by drain out the contaminated muddy water from bottom surfaces of the tank by using of pump and motor or by manually and cleaning the inside & bottom surfaces of walls with help of wire brushes and using specified dosage of potassium permanganate and cleaned water then drain out completely material to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge with and including writing capacity of tank , date of cleaning of tank with synthetic enamel paint on outer surface of the tank etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per serial item No. 28.00 here-in-before but RCC overhead reservoir of capacity exceeding 25000 gallon and not exceeding 0.5 Lakh gallon capacity at 60 feet staging.

All as per serial item No. 28.00 here-in-before but RCC overhead reservoir of capacity exceeding 50000 gallon and not exceeding 1.5 Lakh gallon capacity at 60 feet staging.

M&L for Cleaning of RCC underground sump upto 20000 Lakh gallon capacity at 20 feet depth by drain out the contaminated muddy water from bottom surfaces of the tank by using of pump and motor or by manually and cleaning the inside & bottom surfaces of walls with help of wire brushes and using specified dosage of potassium permanganate and cleaned water then drain out completely material to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge with and writing capacity of tank , date of cleaning of tank with synthetic enamel paint on outer surface of the tank complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per serial item No. 31.00 here-in-before but RCC underground sump of capacity exceeding 0.5 lakh gallons and not exceeding 1 Lakh gallon capacity at 20 feet depth.

All as per serial item No. 31.00 here-in-before but but RCC underground sump of capacity exceeding 1 lakh gallons and not exceeding 2.5 Lakh gallon capacity at 20 feet depth.

M&L for Cleaning of clarifloculator of Capacity 100000 gallons by drain out the contaminated muddy water from bottom surfaces of the tank by using of pump and motor or by manually and cleaning the inside & bottom surfaces of walls with help of wire brushes and using specified dosage of potassium permanganate and Greasing all components by replacing the worn nut bolts of non-clogging pump motor, and removing all the sludge dirt and deposits of any foreign materials etc. painting of all the steel member channels, angles of the scrappers and mixers with two coats of bituminous based paint after preparation of old painted surface etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cleaning of RCC raw water (back wash) sumps cap 25000 gallon by drain out the contaminated muddy water from bottom surfaces of the tank by using of pump and motor or by manually and cleaning the inside & bottom surfaces of walls with help of wire brushes and using specified dosage of potassium permanganate and cleaned water then drain out completely material to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Cleaning of RCC sedimentation sumps cap 50000 gallon by drain out the contaminated muddy water from bottom surfaces of the tank by using of pump and motor or by manually and cleaning the inside & bottom surfaces of walls with help of wire brushes and using specified dosage of potassium permanganate and cleaned water then drain out completely material to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
