Preparation and consolidation of sub grade with power road roller of 8 to 12 (Eight to twelve tonne) tonne capacity after excavating earth to an average of 22.5 cm (Twenty two centemetre) depth, dressing to camber and consolidating with road roller including making good the undulations etc. and re-rolling the sub grade and disposal of surplus earthwith lead upto 50m (Fifty metres). including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes octori, royality, malkhana, toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Supplying and stacking at site. 90 mm to 45 mm (ninety to forty five milimetre) size stone aggregate as per specification clause 405. including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes octori, royality, malkhana, toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specified sizes to WBM specifications in uniform thickness, hand picking, rolling with 3 wheeled road/vibratory roller 8-10 tonne (Eight to ten tonne) capacity in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening / binding material to fill up interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per technical specification clause 405.. including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes octori, royality, malkhana, toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas upto all lead and lifts including getting out and disposal of excavated earth as directed by Engineer-in-charge as per technical specification clause 1104 including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes octori, royality, malkhana, toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:4:8 (One Cement : Four coarse sand) : Eight graded stone aggregate 40 mm (Forty milimetre) nominal size) cement content not less then 170 kg / per cubic metre (One hundred seventy kilograme / per cubic metre) as per technical specification clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203. including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes octori, royality, malkhana, toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for : Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses etc. including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes octori, royality, malkhana, toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:3:6 (One Cement : Three coarse sand) : Six graded stone aggregate 20 mm (Twenty milimetre) nominal size) cement content not less then 250 kg / per cubic metre (Two hundred fifty kilograme / per cubic metre) as per technical specification clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203.. including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes octori, royality, malkhana, toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and laying non-pressure NP2 class (light duty) R.C.C. pipes with collars jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:2 (One cement : Two fine sand) including testing of joints etc. complete : 900 mm (Nine hundred milimetre) dia as per technical specification clause 1108. including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes octori, royality, malkhana, toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:5:10 (One cement : Five fine sand : Ten graded stone aggregate 40 mm (Forty milimetre) nominal size) cement content not less then 130 kg / per cubic metre (One hundred thirty kilograme / per cubic metre) as per technical specification clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203. including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes octori, royality, malkhana, toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providng weepholes in brick masonary/stone masonry/plain reinforced concrete abutment wing wall, return wall with 100mm (hundred millimetre ) dia PVC pipes extending through the full width of the structures with slope of 1 (v): 20 (H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 614, 709, 1204.3.7. including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Back filling behind abutment wing wall and return wall complete as per drawing and technical specification Clause 1204.3.8 of MORD Specification 1200 including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.
