Dismantling Old Plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground with in all leads and lifts.

20 mm Cement Plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix: 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) including cost of primer & damp Proof admixture of approved manufacturer water proof paint in all leads and lifts.

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer in charge. Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix) in all lead and lifts.

Excavation in Foundation and trenches in earth work upto all depth in all kinds of soil such as pick work, jumper work, blasting work, chiselling of soft /hard rock where blasting is prohibited in all leads and lifts and including trimming of sides levelling of bed to correct grade stacking the excavated soil in 15 cm. layers when required into plinth sides of foundation including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing oof all surplus excavated soil as directed in all leads and lifts and soring/strutting timbering and dewatering where ever required to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Stone Soling dry hand packed tightly under floor in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 sand ):4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in Foundation and plinth in all leads and lifts.

Centering and shuttering including strutting. propping etc. and removal of form for all heights: Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls Under 20 cm wide in all leads and lifts.

Applying Birla White Wall care putty over plaster surface after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar drops, dust, loose materials and other foreign matters sand papered smooth to give final matter finish to the surface complete in all leads and lifts.

Wall Painting with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade Two or more coats on new work in all leads and lifts.

Finishing Walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade New work (Two or more coat applied 1.67 Itr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 Kg/10 Sqm) in all leads and lifts.

Painting Wood Work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint required shade. Two or more coat applied 0.90 tr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.75 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture in all leads and lifts.

Painting Steel Work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied 0.90 Itr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied 0.80 Itr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture in all leads and lifts.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade: New work (Two or more coats applied 3.84 kg/10 sqm) coat with cement primer in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing high pressure uPVC spigot and socket, waste and ventilating pipes ISI marked including fixing with approved adhesive etc. complete. including all special fittings of composite material (engineering plastic blend and brass inserts wherever required) e.g. single equal branch,oval access door,collars, "P" or "S" trap etc., with clamps at 1.20 metre spacing. This includes the costs of cutting chases and including testing of joints complete as per direction of the engineer in charge Concealed work, including cutting chases and making good the wall etc. in all leads and lifts.110 mm dia

Providing and laying Ceramic glazed floor tiles of size 300x300 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality conforming to IS: 15622 of approved make in colours such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement: 4 Coarse sand). Jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc., complete in all leads and lifts.

Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete On concrete work in all leads and lifts.
