Servicing & overhauling of following Capacity KVA D.G. Set i/c replacement of Mobile Oil, Air filter, Diesel filter, Coolant , fuel pump repair,Nozzle repair & calibration ,fuel pipe,self repair,battery terminals & repair/replacement of readitor & silencer etc. complete as required.

Repairing,servicing and rewinding of 3/5HP suction sweeper pump set including replacement of bearing, rubber tyre coupling ,suction brush,nut-bolt ,spring etc. complete as required.

Supply & fixing of 50 mm dia superior quality PVC hose pipe and 2 Nos clamps for suction sweeper machine etc. as complete required.

Dismentling of RCC filter bed floor with the help of hilti machine with manpower and removing of all dawri/malwa i/c complete damaged PVC/MS pipe line ,Nozzles out side the pressure filter up to dumping yard and Repairing the same after making the filter bed by Providing and laying cement concrete etc complete as required.

Replacement of horizonntly 150 mm Dia main header flange welded MS pipe 4.0/4.5 mtr long with 3 '' dia 6 ' long MS pipe outlets 24 Nos.for fixing of pvc bed pipes i/c cutting ,welding inside the MS Pressure filter etc complete as required.

Supply, fixing & commissioning of 3" dia 42 Nos. PVC pipe 34 " long in 10 kg pressure i/c drilling 336 Nos. holes of dia 25 mm i/c 4" x 3" PVC Tee-21 Nos, 3" end cap-42 Nos. for making of filter bed etc. as complete as required.

Supply and replacement of PVC umbrella type Sun flow Nozzles suitable for existing pressure filter i/c commissioning, testing etc. as complete as required.

Repairing/Replacement of existing damadged/rusted MS Sepretion plate inside the filter by Providing and fixing additionaly actually required of 8 mm thick MS plate semicircle type of dia 2.5 meter and height 1.5 meter with supporting by MS angle i/c cutting, welding etc as complete as required.

Supplying, fixing, testing & commissioning of double flanged sluice valve of rating PN 1.6 with non rising spindle, bronze/gun metal seat, ISI marked complete with nuts, bolts, washers, gaskets and conforming to IS 780 of following sizes as required .

Water filling and filtration of water with the help of existing filtration plant of following capacity for treating the water of swimming of following sizes and doses of chemicals required to achieve the results as per IS:3328-1993 and their relevant codes. The above chemicals will also include the chemicals such as chlorine gas as and when required to make the quality of water as per above slated standard and operation of D.G set etc as required.

Painting of all plant equipments/accessories of various Sports Complex such as suction sweeper machine, motors, pumps, pressure filters,MS pipe lines,sluice valves,stainers, air blowers, panels, rolling shutter, and cable tray with the approved shade of synthetic enamel paint with two or more coats after rubbing and cleaning the surface with emery paper etc. complete as required.

Plant equipments /accessories of Pool of size 25mtr x 50mtr

Repairing,servicing,overhauling and rewinding of following sizes motor/ Pump including replacement of bearing,connection plate i/c connection testing etc. as required.

20/15 HP boosting Pump Set coupled with 20/15 HP induction motor

Supplying and replacement of 12 V, 150 Ah battery for existing DG set with connections, testing, commissioning etc. complete as required.

Supply and fixing of Fully Automatic Star-Delta Starters suitable for 15/20 hp 3 phase Induction motor pumpset in Sheet-Steel Enclosure suitable for operation on 415 volt supply i/c copper wire ,thimbles, fastners & nut bolt etc complete as required.

Supply and replacement of following dia M.S. pipe ('B' class) with flange in rusted, leaked and damaged pipe line i/c nut bolts, washer, rubber packing, welding charges, welding material rebate for the existing damaged pipe line etc. as complete as required.

Supply of 2 hp single phase.portable dewatering submersible pump set i/c testing etc as required.

Supply and fixing of 5 HP 3 phase self priming suction sweeping pump set mounted on 4 wheels trolly made in MS channels i/c suitable ratings 3-phase DOL starter etc complete as required.

Supply and fixing of Suction head 3 feet long made in SS/CI with suitable size nylon brush,wheels,springs,nut-bolt, 20 mm dia Plastic rope-60 mtrs and 3 core 2.5 sq.mm copper wire-25 meters etc complete as required.

Running Maintenance and Operation of filtration plant with DG set and other accessories of following size of swimming pool as per details of installation/inventory by deploying staff :3 Nos. Operator (1 No. in each shift total three shift i.e. 6 AM to 2 PM & 2 PM to 10 PM and 10 PM to 6AM) and 2 No. Khallasi (one in each shift total of two shift i.e. 6AM to 2 PM & 2 PM to 10 PM ) i/c dosing of chemical such as Chlorine gas/TCA 90,Sada ash, Alum crystal,Castic soda and Copper sulphate, The agency shall have to maintain the quality of water in swimming pool of following size for treating the water as per IS-3328-1993 & their relevant codes for main pool & toddler pool complete as required as per additional condition enclosed.
