Providing concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802,803,1202 & 1203, P.C.C. grade M-10 (Ten) , Nominal mix 1:3:6 (one cement:Three coarse sand: six crushed stone aggregate 40 mm (Forty millimetres) nominal size, including haulage of materials with in all leads, lifts and carriage of materials and as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Squared rubble masonry coursed with hard stone of approved quality in foundation and plinth including raking out joints in Cement Mortar 1:6 (One cement : Six sand) including carriage of materials within all leads,lifts & other incidential complete as per direction and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying , R.C.C ,M- 25, ( twenty five) 1:1.5:3(one cement :one point five sand :three graded stone aggregate twenty millimetre nominal size ), reinforced cement concrete in superstructure as per drawing and technical specifications Clauses 800, 1205.4 and 1205.5including carriage of materials within all leads,lifts & other incidential complete as per direction and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing mild steel/tor steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including bending, binding and placing in position complete upto inclluding carriage of materials within all leads, lilfts and other incidential complete as per the direction and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

20 cm ( Twenty centimetres) flagged stone flooring laid in cement mortar 1:5 (one cement : five sand) including carriage of materials within all leads,lifts & other incidential complete as per direction and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and filling in position bitumen mix filler of proportion 80 kg.(eighty kilogreams) of hot bitumen, 1 kg.(one kilograms)of cement and 0.25 cu.m.(zero point two five cubic metres) of sand for expension joints, including haulage of materials with in all lead,lifts and carriage of materials and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Back filling behind retaining wall/breast wall/abutment, wing wall and return wall complete as per drawings & technical specification Clause 1204.3.8, granular material including carriage of materials within all leads,lifts & other incidential complete as per direction and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm(three point one five milimetres)thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm(thirty into thirty into five millimetres) so as to give a fair finjish incloudi8ng centring,m shuttering, strutting and proppi9njg etc., with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtrs.(four metres)and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete and plain concrete wori in flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landings and the like including haulage of materials within all leads, lifts and carriage of materials and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
