Drilling and development of bore for 250 x 350 mm tube well by reverse rotary circulation method machine 250 mm bore size top or bottom by different cutters including all arrangement with appliances and excavation of pit for clay for circulation of water using bentonite or to satisfy clay as per site or soil condition for settlement of bore hole for the depth from ground level to 60 mtr depth. NOTE: (i)The indentificaion of exact aquifer for availability of water with the help of CENTRAL/STATE ground water board shall be done by the contractor at his own cost before drilling and the cost for the same shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (ii) Any liasoning regarding any test to be conducted on site for locating the aquifer will be the responsibility of the contractor only. Note for applicable Item No 01 to 04 -: (i) The qouted rate shall be deemade to be inclusive of the cost of drilling, pumps and fittings etc which shall be provided by the contractor under his own arrengement for execution of the work. (ii) Unit rate of this item also includes the cost of fuel required for Machine for during complete process.

All as per item No 01 but for depth from 60 meters below ground level upto 90 meters depth.

Supply lowering assemblying and fixing in position in bore well (internal) 250mm dia ERW heavy quality MS housing pipe of 7mm wall thickness plain ended, arc weld butt joint with heavy duty collar and 20 x 4 mm mild steel flat iron contract guide in each joint (04 Nos of each joint) complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Unit rate of this item includes the cost of all T&P including manpower required for lowering the pipe up to the position as directed.

Supply lowering, assemblying and fixing in position 200 mm dia (internal) ERW heavy quality MS black casing pipe of 6.5mm wall thickness plain ended, arc weld butt joint with heavy duty collar and 20 x 4 mm mild steel flat iron contact guide in each joint (04 Nos of each joint) complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Unit rate of this item includes the cost of all T&P including manpower required for lowering the pipe up to the position as directed.

Supply , lowering , assemblying and fixed in position wire cage type stainer LCG conforming to IS-8110 200mm dia size of slot 0.75mm, thickness 4.95mm, wall thickness 7mm and welded with MS pipe and heavy duty collar and welded centre guide MS flat iron 20 x 6 mm complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Unit rate of this item includes the cost of all T&P including manpower required for lowering the pipe up to the position as directed.

Supply, lowering, assembly and fixing in position 200 mm bore heavy duty ball plug 3 meter long ERW MS pipe of 6 mm wall thickness and covered with 6 mm plate duly welded by continously etc welding at both ends complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and fixing in position by welding heavy duty MS reducer 250 X200 mm of minimum wall thickness 6mm and 40 X 6 mm MS flat iron central guide complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and filling in position pea gravel of size 3 to 6 mm for paking around the housing /assembly, slotted pipe of the bore well complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) Pea gravel shall be paid as per stack measurment carried out on site. (ii) Contractor shall also produced the original puchase voucher for gravel(iii) Contractro shall provide the proper hard standing for stacking of the gravel and unit rate of this item also includes the cost of this factor and nothing extra shall be admissible(iv) After filling the gravel arround the pipe , remaining gravells shall be removed by the contractro at his own cost and balance material/gravel will be deducted from the gross qty for measurement purpose.

Development of tube well with air compressor of capacity 250 psi /1000cum till sand/mud free water of potable quality is obtained and to achieve minimum discharging capacity of 25000 GPH complete all as specified and as directed. Note:-(i) Compressor with accessories and fuel shall be arranged by the contractor and same is included in the quoted rate.(ii) In case, due to any reason, T&P including manpower found sitting ideal , nothing extra shall be admissible on this account.(iii) Cost of Transportation of compressor including entire T&P upto site of work shall be born by the contractor and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account (iv) The actual hour for payment purpose shall be notified as per actual compressor including T&P run at site not for ideal situtation. Tenderer are here-by-advise to keep this aspect while quoting their rates and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account.

Yield testing of the tube well by suitable pump and motor for minimum discharge capacity of 25000 GPH for at least continuous 8 hour uniterrupted of run per day for three continuous days complete all as specified and directed. Note : `V' notch and other equipment including pump set shall be arranged by the contractor and cost of same is included in the unit rate quoted).

Testing of raw and traeted water for all parameters covering complete chemical and bacterilogical test from DRL Tezpur or any Govt approved/recognised lab as approved by the GE complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) Unit rate of this item is deemed to be included the cost of Transportation charges for collection of water smaple from site and to Lab and including collection of test report from Lab to office of AGE E/M. (ii) Container required for collection of sample shall also be arranged by the contractor at his own cost and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account

Material and labour mild steel iron clamp ( two parts) made out of mild steel flat iron 150 mm width X 12 mm thick of approx 450 mm length and required size of nuts, bolts and washers including painting suitable for holding 100 mm bore column pipe complete all as specified and as directed . Note: MS Clamp shall be paint with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer.

Material and labour PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 using 40 mm graded aggregates in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded aggregate at as in coping, benching and simillar items including necessary form work etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply lowering and jointing mild steel column pipe ISI marked,100 mm dia (internal) ,3 mtr long heavy grade, 6.0 mm wall thickness, flange ended complete with nuts, bolts, washers and rubber gasket including groove for cable entry system and applied with two coats of black bituminious paint (food grade) on both inside and outside surfaces of pipe after prepartion of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing well cap suitable for 250 mm internal dia housing pipe made out of 8 mm thick steel plate duly welded with locking arrangement with holes for passing 10 Sqmm flat submersible cable complete all as specified and as directed. ( Note :- After completion of the work the cap will be used to keep the tube well closed until the pump set is installed).

Supply, lowering, fixing, commissioning and testing submersible pumping set i.e. pump & motor in borewell, electrically driven 415 volts three phase AC, 20 HP, 15 KW having discharge capacity of 750 Liters per minute at a head of 54 metres, 10 stage, dilivery 100 mm dia (internal) complete all as specified and directed . ( MAKE : KSB/KIRLOSKAR/CROMPTON GREAVES). Note:-T&P and manpower required in lowering of pump set shall be arranged by the contractor and unit rate of this item is included in the unit rate of this item

Supply and fix cast iron sluice valve class PN 1.6 long body type, with brass spindle both ends flanged with holes, ISI marked IS 14846.2000 including carbon steel nuts bolts & washers, rubber gaskets etc with CI wheel fixed to water mains of size 150 mm bore complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fix cast iron Non Return Valve with flanged ends of class 1.6 PN with CI wheel, of size 100mm bore, including all fittings i.e nut& bolts, washer and gasket all complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply and fixing preassure gauge in pipe line 100 mm dia , 0 to 14 Kg / cm2 including all necessary fittings complete all as specified and as directed .

Supplying, laying and testing PVC insulated and sheathed flat submersible cable with stranded copper conductor of size 3 core 10 Sqmm, 1100 volts grade including lugs and fixed in submersible pump set complete all as specified and as directed. Note:Submrsible cable shall be lowered along with pumping set & discharge pipe.

Supply and fixing Tripod made out of 3 Nos MS ERW, 80mm bore ( 4 Mtr. Long) each pipe coupled with heavy grade bolt and nut which can with stand 2 Ton load including 3 Nos Ms plate 10mm thick of size 300mmx300mm duly welded at the bottom of pipe, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix fully automatic star delta submersible pump strarter of 20 HP capacity with auto unit 3 phase 415 volts relay range ground mounted on 50x6 mm flat iron clamp duly grouted in wall minimum clearence 2" from wall including connections with lugs testing complete all as specified and as directed
