Supply of SMC Chequered sheet anti-corrosive water resistant, UV protected, High temp resistant, conforming to UL 94 V0 Standards,ERDA Approved, Weatherable, and suitable for all kinds of climatic conditions. Self-colored Fire retardant and High di-electric strength maintenance-free of size 1 Mtr. X 1 Mtr. 10 mm thick. Make: -Binani / Sintex / Sumip/DJB approved
Supply of FRP I-Beam strong and durable non corrosive nature, maintenance free, fire retardant of size 150 X 75 X 5mm
Supply of FRP / GRP Rust resistant ladder of size 3 mtr X 450mm
Supply of FRP Fencing Non-Conductive, die-electric strength strong, durable, termite proof and rot proof, fire retardant.
Dismantling of old damaged rusted M.S cover from the Chamber by using the gas cutter, & heavy manual labor and shifted to the as per direction of Engineer-in-charge by using the all-safety apparatus etc.
Making / Fabrication of FRP Structure of size 3mtr X 3mtr (approx.) by using the above FRP I-Beam of size 150 X 75 X 6mm including Grouting, leveling of Chamber by Civil work etc.
Making / Fabrication of FRP Structure of size 1.5mtr X 1.5mtr (approx.) by using the above FRP I-Beam of size 150 X 75 X 6mm including Grouting, leveling of Chamber by Civil work etc.
Fixing of above ladder at site including Grouting, Civil Work etc.
Fixing of FRP Fencing including Grouting, Civil Work etc.
Installation of SMC Sheet on the FRP Structure of size 3mtr X 3mtr including cutting threading and drilling in the FRP I-Beam with the help of portable heavy drill machine by skilled workers cutting the SMC sheet with the help of cutting machine as per FRP Structure & fixing with the help SS nuts and bolts packing etc. The work includes providing & fixing of hinges and handle for handling by manual labour including all Safety Equipment as per NHRC Guidelines etc.
