Rendering Day to Day maintenance of Water Supply Drainage carpentry works Civil repair and Sanitary Installations of BSNL Buildings and Staff quarters under jurisdiction of BSNL Civil Sub Division Jodhpur in Jodhpur City for Three Months 2022 23

Attending all day to day maintenance complaints of plumbing & sanitary items / water supply installations etc complete excluding the cost of materials but including cost of washers, nails, clamps, screws , M-seal, taflon, drill machine, bit etc. and all lead & lift etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The material required for maintenance shall be arranged at site by the agency and will be paid separately under sub head of "supply of material " of the agreement. For the purpose of attending day to day complaints, one plumber should be available daily and one log book has to be maintained by the staff of contractor duly verified by SDO/JTO(Civil) on daily basis as a proof of attending complaints. (One job will be defined / consists execution of all above items for all required / working days in a month). Cost of all T&P, ladder etc. including 0.50 HP Electric motor for developing water pressure to clean chowakage in GI pipe line if required etc. for attending the work, shall be arranged by the contractor and nothing extra shall be paid separately. Note- For attending complaints following timelines may be adhered to- 1. Complaints related to Water pipe line leakage/ damage may be attended within 24 HRS, failing which Rs. 500/- per day may be recovered from the bill for the delay period. 2. Complaints related to repair of door/window may be attended within 72 HRS, failing which Rs. 500/- per day may be recovered from the bill for the delay period.

Engaging helper /beldar for helping to Plumber, Carpenter, Sewerman etc. for attending day to day maintenance jobs and for other misscellaneous works such as cleaning roof, cutting bushes, grass etc. including the total cost of ladder, tagari, phawra etc. for all jobs. (One job will be defined / consists execution of all above items for all required / working days in a month). All T&P like washers, nails, clamps, screws,feviquick ,fevicol,drill machine,bit etc ladder etc for attending the work, shall be arranged by the contractor and nothing extra shall be paid separately.The material required for attending the complaints shall be arranged by the contractor at site and paid under sub head of "supply of material " of the agreement.

Engaging Mason as and when required on call basis (whole day) for day to day repair work like plaster, flooring, masonry work etc. (Trowel, chisel, tagari, ladder, road drilling machine and other tools as required etc. will be provided by the agency .)

Providing and fixing panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows including ISI marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws excluding, panelling which will be paid for separately, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Credit to the department for unserviceable scrapped angle iron , flates, wires, pipes etc.

Credit of Water storage PVC tank with or without covers.

Credit of P.V.C. Bib cock/ Pillar cock /stop cock/ball cock/ PVC connection/ cistern kit etc.

Credit of P.V.C. flushing Cistern up to 10.00 Litre capacity.

Credit of CP brass bibcock/brass pillar tap/ angle valve/ long body

Credit of materials / items obtained from dismantling being unserviceable.

Credit of wooden door/ windows shutter i/c fittings obtained by dismantling etc. and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 m lead etc. of area up to 2.50sqm.

Repairing of windows grill, railing etc by welding with Electric plant / gas plant including transportation of welding plant at site & other required T&P is to be arranged by Agency. MS sections shall be paid for separately.

Repairing and service of rolling shutter by taking out shutter top cover and cutting and tightening spring with welding and refixing the same in proper to make it operational including greasing ,oils,welding ,spring,ball bearing all complete as per direction of engineer incharge.
